They didn't even try to be courteous and helpful. Also my knowledge is the customer comes first and is always right. Also, how hard is it to take things out of a basket, scan them, and then put them into a bag and hand it to my boyfriend. I can order one of my compounds for $45 and when I called another compounding pharmacy they wanted to charge me $170 for the exact same one Cons Incredibly slow. It is not uncommon to call on a Tuesday for a refill, they tell you they will fill it that day, and suddenly it is 8 days later and you still don't have it. I have called multiple times about my compounds, only to find out they, "hadn't gotten to it yet." Their service sucks, and quite honestly, there is no excuse for it. I wish I could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that is more organized. But their pricing is very good, and I am stuck with their crappy service.
