I waited around 15 minutes in line before it was my turn to pick up my medication. Then when it was my turn I waited almost a half hour because they couldn't find my prescriptions. They said they misplaced them!!! I was quite upset because in their profession, misplacing medication is a big no no. So I left with no prescriptions. The medication was very important! It has to do with my depression, anxiety and insomnia!! So here I am this morning with no medication for my depression and anxiety. I would like to see this not happen again. I got no phone call to let me know if they found them or not!!

They never communicate when there's an issue with insurance, the provider, or if a medication is out of stock. They don't call, they don't follow up with doctors' offices, and they absolutely do not call patients, even though they claim they do. I've had to go in person multiple times just to get updates, only to be given a different excuse each time. The latest example: my OB-GYN sent in a prenatal prescription back in October. It sat unfilled for weeks. I went in several times, and no one could give me a clear answer. Then, mysteriously, as soon as the pharmacist finally called the doctor today, it went through instantly. When the pharmacist called to ask if I still wanted it, she couldn't hang up on me fast enough once I said yes and asked why it took weeks to resolve something so simple. This location is disorganized, uncommunicative, and unreliable. If you value your time or your health, I strongly suggest using a different pharmacy.

If you are a coffee drinker, they have different flavors. I don't drink coffee, but my husband likes decaffeinated. I grabbed a bag of onion and garlic chips for tomorrow, since I know they may not have any. Many people up here love those chips. I wanted a pickle for later and they were out. But I'm a big fan of their white chocolate macadamia cookie. It's really huge and full of nuts. We will be back soon.

I have been in there multiple times with my service animal with no complaints but a certain security guard no matter what has something to say. The guard said we were unprofessional when he is yelling in the store. He constantly has something to say no matter what. He gives dirty looks continuously. There is absolutely no reason for this. My service dog has a vest on that says in training and I have all appropriate documentation stating he is a service animal. They are unprofessional here. When I had called to talk to a manager after this happening multiple times the worker that answered the phone said "I think it's the lady with the fucking dog". If there was another close pharmacy I would absolutely never be going here again. This store is horrible.
