    The manager was super gossipy, as whenever we walked by he was talking with a clerk about somebody who was cheating on his wife. We went in to get flu shots and Covid updates. We set up the appointments online and had a 6:30 appointment slot to get them and all of the paperwork was done so we could just walk in and get the jab. We were early. Fast forward to 7:00 and we were still waiting. The pharmacist was clearly overworked and they were unquestionably understaffed. He was rocking a pretty sweet attitude as well, as he ripped apart customers who didn't understand the directions he was giving them due to a language barrier. Getting bitchy wasn't helping the situation any in my opinion but I guess he had just run out of patience for the day.

    I made an appointment for my booster over a week ago and I come in, it's about a 30+ minute drive from my house so when I arrive they can tell me they don't have the Moderna booster. I'll have to go to the minute clinic inside. Because my appointment wasn't with the clinic that had me waiting for an hour. Mind you they send me cancellation notifications after 4pm. Definitely do not recommend. If you can make your appointment with Walgreens or any other place. Very disappointing. I left work early for this appointment.

    Waited for 20 minutes ... so slow unfriendly. I will not fill anymore of my prescriptions at this location!

    The virtual doctor is wonderful. You don't have to go in just have a virtual appointment and they are so easy and helpful.

    How crap this is seriously the worst cvs. I have never met a lazier pharmacy staff. Definitely moving the scripts to another pharmacy

    Still waiting. Yawn ...the slowest group ever. Not a fan of this location. 3stars because they've never given me the wrong medication.

    Honestly, it wasn't an amazing experience at the pharmacy but I'll own part of it. We had picked up…read more5/6 prescriptions for my mom who has stage 4 cancer. I didn't realize I was missing the 6th medication until we got home and I was giving her meds. This left me with little to no time to get to the pharmacy before it closed. I hurried back and with only 5 minutes to spare, I was able to speak with the pharmacy tech- Jaeden. He's the absolute best and most caring employee this pharmacy has. The female pharmacist on the other hand, Rana, leaves you with a long lasting impression of "I hate my job, and no I won't go out of my way". She was outwardly pissed off that I was there so late even stating "well you should have called earlier if you knew you needed this medication. The safe is locked and it takes 20-30 minutes to open". I had been on a plane to get back to my mom alllllllllll day, literally 9 hours of travel with a 10 month old. Just to get to the airport and head directly to the hospital to pick her up then rush to the pharmacy to pick up medications. I was so aggravated with her nasty attitude. I understand fully the request I was making so close to closing but it wouldn't have been an issue had they just filled the order to begin with OR had it been mentioned that it wasn't covered by insurance when we picked up the first order. I'm only giving this experience 5 stars because Jaeden really helped out and diffused a situation that otherwise would have been confrontational. It's not easy caring for a parent/loved one that's in pain and dying, then to be chastised over trying to pick up medications to help really blows my mind. If you aren't into patient care or you have no empathy, maybe you're in the wrong field.

I started looking at their selection and trying to decide on something. Their Floral Manager came out with more. I just asked her a few questions and was looking around. She was so grumpy and did not want to be interrupted and asked if I would please just wait a few more moments. I simply mentioned I was browsing and just going to grab one so she didn't have to put it out. This was all in the common shopping area too. I really felt like leaving empty handed but then remembered what I came for. Luckily, I found a floral arrangement that caught my eye, grabbed a ballon and headed to check out. Checkout was a breeze. Kids were very happy with the flowers and balloon. Just wished it would have been a more pleasant experience.

My prescriptions were sent in prior to 10 AM today. I followed up at 1:13 pm. The young lady at the drive up window said they were ready. I asked when they would be. She said come back around 2-2:30 as they were taking their lunch at 1:30. I gave notice that I had a different insurance. She asked if I wanted to update it then or when I come back. There were additional cars behind me, considering they were heading for lunch shortly I told her we could update when I came back as I was trying to be mindful of the additional customers as well as the staff. Fast forward to 3:20 this afternoon. My prescriptions STILL were not ready. I asked why and she said because my insurance denied it. Mind you, I previously told them I had new insurance. They did not call me to give notice that (the old) insurance denied my script(s). I asked how long it was going to take this time around. The same young lady said either later this evening or tomorrow morning. By this point, I am BEYOND UPSET. I proceed to ask for them to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart and explain that this is the exact reason I never fill my prescriptions at this Walgreens. There was a blonde pharmacy technician that then takes over the phone from the brunette and begins speaking over me. Telling me I'm going to have to call Walmart and have Walmart call Walgreens for the transfer. She then finishes with do you want your prescriptions or not. If you know ANYTHING about customer service, this is not it. I contacted my doctor and ha the scripts transferred. Guess who had them ready within 23 minutes of transfer. WALMART. Walgreens. Do. Better. Teach your techs better customer service. At the end of the day your customers are what make your paycheck possible. Don't forget that. Big or small businesses always start with one customer. A happy customer tells no one. An unhappy customer tells 10. Walgreens may be a large corporation. But it doesn't take much to extend an olive branch.

I asked her again why i didn't get it and she checked the codes and they had miss labeled one as part of the special which it wasn't. So i grabbed 3 more but now it shows my coupons as used which i returned because of their miss labeling. She would not over ride it which i know she can do because this has happened at the store before. If CVS does not want to honor their coupons and it bothers their employees they should not have them.

True to their word, I received a text notification on the expected date that the prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up, a kind woman at the register assisted me. Since I'd never used the medication in gel form before, I asked for a consultation with the pharmacist. The pharmacist's instructions were clear and thorough, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was honestly one of the best pharmacy experiences I've ever had. Plus, it's conveniently located between my home and work, which is a huge bonus!

After this, I called another local pharmacy and they were out too, BUT a solution was immediately offered to me, actually more than one and now I am all set, no 5+ day wait! They took some extra time checking a few things for a customer in need, the same things that CVS easily could've done! If I treated my customers like this CVS, I would be out of a job in 5 minutes! If you go to this particular CVS, do yourself a favor and ask for Rohit, he is great to work with, but unfortunately was not in today.
