Stay away from this location. The pharmacy does an excellent job at not answering the phone, ignoring customers and not contacting their customer's with insurance issues and further delaying a customer's medication refill. The pharmacy is ineffective and does not care about the needs of their customers. Absolutely disgusting what is done to their customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

By far the worst CVS I've ever patronized .. had to pick up meds for my significant other that just had deviated septum surgery ... went down to the location not once but twice which both times they were unable to Locate the script which we verified was sent by his dr not once but twice. We always get his scripts sent here never had an issue in the past. We called twice and was left on hold twice for over an hour. Finally decided to come down and try again this is now trip number 3 after locating his script they say i still have to wait a 1/2 hour for a script I've been trying to get since 11am. This is such a joke and i would never recommend any of my friends or family to ever use this location. Hopefully my husbands nose isn't now infected due to this fiasco read more

One word....HORRIBLE! One of the worse pharmacies you could ever use. Please do not get your prescriptions filled here. They never ever answer the phones. It's been times I've been on hold for over an hour and went in and there were no customers. All the pharmacy workers are extremely rude, including the pharmacist. I had to move to this pharmacy because my local pharmacy no longer took my insurance. In person, they're amazing and super helpful. However, you have to deal with all insurance issues or prescription issues in person. They literally do not pick up the phone. I only have luck if I call late at night, but that's not good enough. I see how many staff they have and they're definitely able to pick up the 1-2 calls from people who wait over 45min to speak with someone. read more

Been coming here for 2 days to pick up my kids medication just to be told that there is a Walgreens next to them that i can give it a try. First day: wait on the pick up line and when we finally made it, the medication was on hold so had to make another line on the consultation. Fine. Go back on line and for some reason they asked for my id and the type of the id i showed to them(state id) they didn't have the proper knowledge to put it on the system so had to wait for someone to come and help me. After this guy came( asian young guy with a bad attitude on several cases) told me this id doesn't work , bye. Of course he was not waiting for 1 hour with 2 kids crying. Second day: do the pick up line with my id on hand. My medication still on hold?! Go back to consultation line and the guy told me your medication can be found over the counter and the insurance doesn't pay for it. I don't mind paying for it but, seriously? They made it a big deal for my id and next day they say is over the counter? He saw my frustration and went to look for it and of course was out of stock, you can tell as soon as you get in. Thank you very much CVS for telling me there is a Walgreens right next to you. You better post it on the front door so everyone that comes in knows. Why people keep coming here? Surprisingly clean and spacious. This CVS stocks pretty much all the same stuff as any other CVS, plus the pharmacy is open 24/7, which is convenient. The staff can be a bit snippy, but they are often more polite than other nearby retail establishments. The missing star is for the pharmacy, that despite being fairly quick at preparing prescriptions somehow manages to be glacial at the drop-off window. It can take 5-10 minutes for a simple drop-off, which is just baffling. read more

The worst CVS Pharmacy I have EVER been to! Its a shame that there are so few retail pharmacies in this area because people are left with limited options. This review is not for the store staff but for the extremely incompetent, rude, pharmacy staff. You can have 5-7 staff in the pharmacy and the pick up line is to the front of the store. The techs are at the register texting or on personal calls when they should be ringing up customers. One young lady was very frank about not caring about her job. Meanwhile, people are desperate for work! Its a 24-hr location and they will not pick up calls. The pharmacists are dismissive and do not take account for their horrible behavior. While waiting for my orders another customer asked for a manager and explained how he was spoken to rudely by his colleague who is not suitable to deal with customers. He did not want to interact with her further and the "manager" said he was not going to apologize on behalf of his colleagues behavior. Basically "kick rocks!" Just atrocious behavior! That location will likely close soon like all the others. read more

It's a typical CVS. The good thing is they are open 24 hours which is very cool, you know for when you need toliet paper @ 3am. The reason why I hate this location though is the self checkout. To me, it makes NO SENSE. They have associates standing around the machines just in case someone needs help....then why can't they just stand behind the counter and ring me up instead of waiting for someone to ask? Came here all the time when I lived in the Bronx. It's a fairly good CVS. It's always stocked well and kept nice and organized/clean. The selection is pretty good here. They also have a lot of different snacks/foods that I don't regularly see in most CVS's. I still pop by here once in a while during my lunch break if I need something random during the workday, but I don't see the need anymore since I live in Manhattan now. The lines are never too bad here. There is some waiting, but it's never been a crazy amount, no matter what time I come. My brother found a $20 bill on the floor once. Not that it's relevant to my review or anything haha. read more

Pharmacy service horrible ! Refused to fill a legit pain script for a patient with spinal cord injury in constant pain , idgaf about the opioid crisis that has nothing to do with me . It should be illegal to refuse to fill scripts , will never use cvs for my scripts ever again . Got it filled somewhere else without hassle . read more

Normally I HATE CVS pharmacies (although I shouldn't hate anything), but I just called this one because of the good reviews, and already I am a fan! It's Christmas Day, mind you, and after I ordered my refill, the pharmacist asked if I knew where the store was, I told him no, that I found it on the internet so I could find the store, but he gave me thorough directions anyway. This to me was amazing because pharmacies love to hang up or put you on hold, and told me if I brought the bottle for another script I needed that was not on file, he'd give me pills to last until my doctor's office opened. Horrible Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!! Pharmacy is so bad you call they put you on hold for 30 Mins at a time then hang up on you .. Very Unprofessional I called 5 times got hung up on 4 times .. Decided to go over there to get my 85 year old Mom's medicine and they tell me we do not have it call your dr . So I do that this morning to find out that the prescription is there and was electronically sent over correctly by our Dr . They need to get better people who know what they are doing .. This is a serious matter . My boyfriend also goes there for his Diabetic medicine and when we went last week. The girl had no IDEA what she was giving him . she gave him 2 medications that don't even belong to him ... Can you image ?? Its a matter of life & death with wrong medications . Someone needs to step up and take care of this situation ... Very Unhappy Will Never Go Back There Ever .....
