I arrived fifteen minutes prior, as instructed on the Walgreen's website, but was instructed by a male pharmacist to get in line. I got in line and ended up having to wait an additional 14 minutes, but the line went fairly quick. After getting to the counter I had to complete paperwork for my son to receive the COVID Vaccine. I asked about the HPV and Meningitis Vaccines because they were also scheduled in my appointment, but the pharmacist told me to reschedule an appointment for earlier in the day (early morning time). The pharmacist and his staff were very nice. Customer service goes a long way with me.

Why would you allow one customer to tie up the phone line for more than 30 minutes, which means no one else can get through. The staff do not leave for lunch until 1:30pm so if I am calling at 12 noon...why is no one answering the phone and keeping me on hold. This makes no sense at all! Even when there's only one employee working, the line moves much faster and the overall process is more efficient. You can no longer speak directly to a live person when you call. Instead, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which can be inconvenient when you need immediate assistance.
