Negative experience each and every time, I place photo orders. Regardless of the means of ordering, via online, the photo app or the machine on location. When orders are stated to be ready they are in fact NOT. I've arrived several times and was told I'd have to wait until later, wait until a manager is able to print orders or something else. The staff is very unprofessional, can be demeaning and ignorant. This is not how business is conducted and patrons of this store should not be expected to deal with this nonsense. Last night I placed an order, time for pickup was 8:51am the following morning . I arrived after 9:45am and was told my order was not ready and I would need to come back later. When asked what time the guy said someone would be in around 2pm! I let them know my order stated it was ready at 8:51am. He went back and forth with me saying it's not his fault whoever worked last night didn't run the machine and I will have to wait for a manager who knows how to run the machine. Another employee interjected when I began to explain this is an inconvenience to customers who place orders and travel in to pickup. She let me know he doesn't know how to run the machine. When I asked if my photo would be ready by 2 they laughed and said no the person comes in around that time. The way I was handled was down right not ok.As I began to walk away I heard someone burst out laughing, I turned and said this type of treatment of your customers is not funny and I will be making a complaint , someone said "fuck you" in a low tone. Sad to say this was not the first incident like this. With different employees. As it is graduation season I suggest no placing orders at this location if you need them by the given pickup time. They did this same mess when I was getting married and I had to cancel my order and reorder through another photo printing store! I hope corporate is able to get this location in order because there is no reason they act the way they do. It's never overly busy, staff just seem to be untrained in professionalism and on how to do their jobs. read more

Ordered for a delivery order. My items were never received. I called the store I spoke with a young lady she tells me it doesn't say your items are delivered yet. But it did. So she tells me one moment and transfers me to pharmacy for no apparent reason. The person in pharmacy is of course confused as am I. I can hear them all whispering in the background saying it's a DoorDash order etc. the pharmacy associate then tells me they can't help me because they already handing off my order. Please teach the kids how to do their job effectively. As a pharmacy associate that was definitely not the way to handle that situation. read more

If I could give NO stars, that's what I would do. Pharmacy is SOOOOO awful. Worst customer service, longest lines in history, they need more staff and the ones there are rude. I go to CVS now on Tech Way and have no issues there but bc my Husband had something sent here I had to get it for him and same awful service from the last time I was here 3 years ago. In the drive through for 45 minutes and when I got to the window, they didn't acknowledge me at all. Didn't even glance my way to say hello, sorry we will just be a a few minutes, or sorry for the wait. Nope. And I watched them wait on 5 customers in the inside pharmacy line before talking to me. The pharmacy closes at 9pm, so when I arrive at the pharmacy at 8:45 after just having just been released from the hospital post surgery to get my pain medicine script filled. The pharmacist on duty told me she would NOT the prescription tonight because they were only open for 15 more minutes. So I say we'll y'all close at 9 NOT 8:45 so it seems to me that you have 15 more minutes to do your job!! They did say the Clinton was open until midnight and to try them. We asked if they could call and confirm they had it in stock. She told me no, but they would give me the number so I could call. It's a narcotic and only physicians or pharmacists can obtain that information. I had pulled ALL my families prescriptions and business from Walgreens 2 years ago because they messed up a prescription that was desperately needed to be taken a seriously number if days after the previous dose. THE ONLY reason I went there is because 1. My CVS was closed 2. The Walgreens Smallwood Village didn't have the medicine in stock but did tell us they called the one on Shasho Pl and they had it. I will NEVER not even when I desperate spend another cent at any Walgreens EVER! I encourage you to do the same!! read more

Today was my second time placing an online photo order at this location. Both times the customer service was top notch! This time I had an issue with online pricing which wasn't a problem at time of purchase because the photo assistant adjusted the price at time of payment. Today I ordered a free 8X10 and a $8 wood panel of pictures from recent trips. Both are beautiful and I cant wait to put them up at home. read more

Why does the pharmacy always suck here? It makes no sense that there's only one pharmacist there, knowing that people are waiting in line for a simple shot. Also, what's the point of providing an online form for us to complete and we have to fill it out again in-store? What a waste of time and convenience. I'd like to start a post and have others share a few of their experiences at the "Nightmare(s) at Walgreen's Pharmacy on Western and Sasho place! Please be nice! - - Our medicine was lost and than found behind the pharmacist computer. I didn't know that was a location to hold prescriptions! - Waited two hours and told to come back later - came back and waited a half hour more and prescription filled. - Only one cashier on a Thursday after work. Pharmacist insensitive! Pharmacist doesn't look like she wants to be there! Patient prescription holding area looks very unorganized. this place is ghetto, they have kids working there that have poor customer service and are not trained to run the store then when you ask to speak to a manager tje manager is worst with a nasty attitude, what happened to being professional and having good customer service ans that the customer is always right. i rate zero stars really but that option was not available. read more

After waiting an hour to get my flu shot, I decided that this Walgreen's was too inefficient to trust with my health. I left and went elsewhere. In the hour that I waited, one car was served at the drive-thru and a total of 4 customers were served at the counter. When the Phamacist finally spoke to me, the phone rang. Rather than let the assistant answer it, he walked away from me, knowing how long I'd been waiting, and without asking my permission/pardon, he answered the phone. That's when I left. I told the manager on my way out the door. She said, "I'll go see what's going on," but I didn't think that was a very customer-friendly response. There was no resolution. This was my only experience at this store. I won't return. There are too many other better options. read more

The situation I witnessed just now truly was distasteful and set the tone for if I would return here or not. i was doing a quick run for a couple items then overheard this customer nicely asking this employee for help and the employee stated "i'm with Pharmacy i can't help you" and when the customer responded "excuse me?" the employee proceeded to walk away. all of this happening right in front of two other customers (mother & daughter). the employee proceeded to checkout and was ordering her co-worker, with an attitude, to put employee stickers on her checkout items & stating "i told you i didn't want my drinks bagged." the cashier (her name is Ghazal) was very polite and handled it with excellent professionalism. i wanted to ask for her name but i didn't want to cause havoc for the other amazing employees in there. I would not go to this location but if need be, i WILL NOT go to their pharmacy due to her lack of professionalism. This Walgreens is slow but I must say I was compelled to write this review because of the excellent customer service from the pharmacist there, Mike. On several occasions he has called me to let me know he has ordered medication on my behalf or called to answer my questions. This is without me even speaking to him personally or asking him to do this. I sincerely appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile and will continue to fill my prescriptions here. read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. I went into this Walgreens to grab a couple of things. Stood at the cash register for about five - six minutes. Then noticed the young guy at the photo booth. I called down to ask if the register was closed and he looked at me like I was stupid, and said yes. I asked him if the register was closed and he saw me standing there why not tell me the register was closed given that there was no sign posted to let customers know that the register was closed. He just looked at me. I was on the phone with a friend at the time and was telling and complaining to him about what was going on. After ringing me up the young guy just threw my receipt on the counter and walked away. I called him back and said please either hand me my receipt or put it in the bag. He handed it to me and turned to walk away, and said sarcastically you have a great night. I told him to do the same and to work on his customer service skills. I agree with an earlier post about the service in this store, they need to hire AND train these young people on soft skills. read more

This is the most lazy, unprofessional, excuse making, jacked up pharmacy I have ever used to fill my prescriptions. I most definitely will be transferring to another pharmacy and I hope they shut this one down! I called in my prescriptions last night...repeat...last night! Get to the drive thru this evening to pick them up...they ain't been filled! Excuse...the system is down. It's been down all day??? Yeah ok sure. I was told to come back at 8:30pm and then 7:30pm to pick up one of my prescriptions. Of course as usual the prescription that I really needed they are out. I will return before 8:30pm though. I read the review about the customer coming at 8:45pm to pick up prescriptions and they wouldn't fill it! I guess they take their coffee break 15 minutes before the pharmacy closes! Bottom line is I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to fulfill your prescriptions!! I've been in their drive thru on another occasion where the young lady had a serious attitude! And it ain't no better going inside! Don't like your job then QUIT!! But don't give your customers the side eye when we need to pick up our prescriptions!!! I've also witnessed a highly upset woman inside this pharmacy because they gave her the wrong medicine!! Check your bottles people!! Walgreens at Shasho Place...it's a hard pass for me from this point forward and if you've experienced any of this foolishness I suggest you take your prescriptions elsewhere too!!! read more

Pharmacist is very caring. Our son was ill and we came in last minute to fill a prescription . However, it wasn't that clear. He did his best to do what the ER doctor was prescribing and was genuinely concerned. He called the doctor for clarification. We took the medicine home but just as the pharmacist said, the baby couldnt take it. He even called the next day to check on us. Thankfully, we got through the croup without that medicine. I was really impressed by the pharmacist's compassion. read more

This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. I called to get my prescription refilled about a week and a half earlier than I needed it, to ensure I would have it in plenty of time. I called a week later to see if it was ready and they told me it'd be a couple more days. I called a couple days later and they told me it'd be just a few more days. Fast forward to three weeks after I called and they still don't have it. They told me they don't even carry that pill at their pharmacy and I'd be better off transferring my prescription somewhere else. So I give them the name and information to a different pharmacy for transfer. A few days later I call the new pharmacy and they tell me Walgreens never sent over a transfer for my prescription. It is now a week after I needed to start taking my prescription and I still don't have it. read more

This place is beyond slowwwwwww. I was always a cvs girl but had to switch to walgreens because of my new health insurance. They always have attitudes, lie and just literally don't know what they are doing. It's unlike anything I've ever seen before! They are superrrrr slow (on the phone, inside in line, and in the drive thru). They'll make you wait on the phone for 30 mins just to hang up in your face (I'm literally typing this as I am on hold for the FOURTH time in 20 mins). I have had nothing but problems with my medicine refills and customer service since I've been at Walgreens. Their text system does NOT work to refill prescriptions and neither does their phone system. I hate this place with my entire soul. I miss cvs soooooo much (They were assholes too but at least I was able to get my medicine ON TIME). read more

It was an incredibly easy process to have my prescription filled here. I requested a specific brand and the pharmacist went out of their way to special order the product and have it to me in record time. From the very first time I spoke with the pharmacy I felt as if they were very attentive to my needs and my time. When the prescription was ready they called me twice to remind me to pick it up and I really appreciated that as well. I would definitely recommend this group if you need a new pharmacy, or are just tired of the sub-par service of other pharmacies nearby. 10 out of 10!! read more

I requested a refill on Medication over a week ago and it was never called in to the doctor even though I got a confirmation email saying it had been! I have been waiting a week!
