It is quite frustrating. Once the color was very very off, the next time per recommendation I printed photo print and it cannot be double-sided. The last two times there was smudging on the prints. I stated I was very frustrated. I wanted to see the cards first before I paid. And this time, the cards had smacking on both sides. Megan stated that it is from their printer and not from what we sent in. I explained to her I cannot get this and will need to share with my daughter as these are her graduation invitations. I stood there for a good 5-6 minutes, exchanging with my daughter to decide not to purchase them. Making it totally understood my frustration. She actually offered to provide it to me for free so that I can show my daughter when I get home. This was so unexpected. I took the cards, knowing we will not use it, but wanting to show my daughter at home. I appreciate Megan's understanding of the situation. Definitely not my usual Walgreens, but may come back in the area for the great service.

Parking is plentiful and all around Walgreens. Came in and there was just one worker checking someone out. As I was waiting less than 2mins, another worker came up and helped me. I was in and out within 5mins. 8x10 photo prints were decent, and good as it's free. I was back in my car within minutes. Cannot beat that.

I had wanted to put my phone number in the key pad and she said " it didn't matter for what I was doing " I had said " I'd still wanted to input it " So I don't know if that made her mad or what, but she was so rude and it was so uncalled for.... After my transaction was done I said "Thank You " and she said NOTHING ...NO goodbye... NO smile....NO " you're welcome " -NO " have a nice day" --- NOTHING-- her customer service was Horrible!!! I don't know why she is working there at the front register if her customer service skills are that bad. I was very disappointed with the rudeness. I know she doesn't care but I hope she has a nice day....and I know she doesn't care if her customers come back or not, it's not too good for the business's future but I guess that's on her. Whenever I leave a voicemail, my calls are returned promptly, and every interaction with the pharmacy has been positive. I'm not sure why this location has received some negative reviews. Like any organization, there may occasionally be employees who don't fully reflect the company's values, but that comes down to hiring and staffing--not the outstanding pharmacy team. As a senior executive myself, I appreciate excellent customer service, and that's exactly what Lap and the pharmacy staff consistently provide. So we made our appointments on-line & went in. I must say I'm glad we did. The store on Green Valley has a nurse on site to give the shots. Friendly, professional & efficient she was great. We let their dad go in first to go check and then he said how nice everyone is and got some for about $13. decided to go in with the kids and this african american lady wearing black and blue uniform with braids was saying it was $16 . What bothered me was that she followed me and my kids all the way to the back where the other ones were and stood right next to me the whole time. She rushed me and asked me which cards i wanted and asked how i wanted to pay. She brought me all the way to another register one the side that was closed when there was a perfectly one open at the front where the other elder ladies just helped their dad with his transaction. i thought that was weird and the lady kept looking at me up and down and was fidgeting the cards i wanted to purchase and stood there for a few moments so i asked her how much it is and she hesitated and said idk why it's $13 it's supposed to be $16. Fast forward she told me after i asked my son if he wanted any more and she told me it's the same design it's not worth it and just gave me the receipt.
