This CVS is like a zoo. And like other reviews about this CVS; I'd say "soulless" is a great word to describe it. The first time I went in here, security was chasing two women who were tyring to steal cosmetics and caused a huge commotion. Meanwhile, I was trying to get some Renu for my contact lenses and there was a sale sign below the price that stated it was two dollars off. When I went to the register, turns out, that sign was from a week ago and I had to pay full price. They did not honor the sale sign despite the fact it was stil up, as other CVS stores might. While this was going on, another person who was probably shoplifting, went out the fire exit and the alarm was going off like crazy. It sounded like a raid. The next time I went in this store, I couldn't even get down the aisles because they are really close together, near the holiday stuff, so I left. This month, I went in there again, and found everything I needed, but when I went to the register, realized I had a coupon for something after I began paying, and this was at the self-serve checkout, and the woman running the self-serve registers said she couldn't go back in my order and void it out or anything, my register receipt didn't print out, and the money that I was supposed to get back from a twenty I put into the machine wouldn't come out. Basically, the self-serve machines were a disaster. Meanwhile, this girl was trying to get behind me just to use my self-serve register even though there were others open, and she was inching towards my purse, she was really close, like within arm's reach. I told her there were others open, and she told me I couldn't tell her what to do! Obviously guilty that I caught her trying to get too close to my purse! I mean, I had to assume she wanted to steal it because of her attitude! I finally got back my money but the register was still down. To sum it up, only go to this CVS if you have to, don't use the self-serve machines, and watch your belongings. read more

Well have been to many drug stores in my life but I have to say this is the one that I love it is a one stop shop from beauty products to doing your nails to everything that you need easy access to the public transportation doing a pedicure and manicure and also stopping in to pick up your products love it read more

It's a fairly good store. The food and snacks aren't too bad and the pricing is OK. The selection of office supplies is actually good, which is a big thing for a store surrounded by so many offices. The express check out has an option for using an "Extra Care Card" even if you aren't signed up. :-) read more

First, this is a serious upgrade over their old space down the block in dumpy Downtown Crossing. Significantly larger and much more clean a ton of additional merchandise. And the addition of self-checkout is great. Anyhow I was in the other day because I foolishly let my passport expire without realizing it. I got helped out by Reggie in the photo department. Great guy, very friendly and had me out of there in about 10 minutes. The store however gets 1 star off for having Valentine's Day candy in December. read more

I rarely go to CVS for prescriptions but I took a chance last week and it worked out well. I had a problem (caused by my doctors office) and the CVS staff couldn't have been nicer. They worked with me to get the issue fixed and quickly filled the prescription once they finally received it. This is how a pharmacy should operate. read more

i work slightly closer to the summer street cvs but pick this location because it feels more organized and roomy. also, there are more self-checkout kiosks than there are regular checkouts, and i have extreme hardcore super educated scanning skills. despite other people's problems with the self-checkout, the line moves a lot faster because there's at least one other competent person with easy purchases. do you have crazy difficult things like sale items and coupons? don't worry, cowboy. just follow the directions on the screen. this is a hot tip straight from a brain surgeon. sometimes i like to make my tampon purchase a solo mission. sometimes? One of the bigger CVS stores in the area however, they tend to only stock very few of the items that are advertized in their circular so if you're not there very early in the morning you won't get whatever it is you're looking for. Also, they don't tend to open the cashier's stand and you have to check out on your own which in itself leads to problems since many people do no know how to do the transactions and the CVS employee "working" the registers can be a bit sassy. read more

I go to this location pretty often at around the same time in the morning and they almost always have what I need. No problem there. What I don't like is the large, tall pharmacy man that burns a hole through my head and body as I walk around the store. He literally does not miss a beat. I was there about 30 minutes ago and he physically came from the back of the store (pharmacy) to the front of the store and watched me. It was extremely creepy and weird. Every other employee who has assisted me is great and normal. As a customer, I do not want to be constantly stared at as I am choosing my groceries and checking out my items in line. It really turns me off from this CVS location. Please large pharmacy man, stop being creepy and weird. read more

This is by far the BEST CVS store I had been to. The customer services is always good. It is not just one staff at the store that is helpful, I have to say in general all the staff are helpful. They always go above and beyond. Ask if you need help finding anything... I come here often enough and sometimes just to browse things but always end up buying something. Occasionally, if I want to get something at CVS and doesn't matter if there are other CVS around the area. I always walk to here.... read more
