He offered a few different options that they have in the pharmacy. He called a lady (very nice always helpful) from the store and she went in back and found exactly what I needed. They both could have simply said that's all they have and that's it but they didn't. I am a frequent patron of the store and they are always friendly and helpful.

I WAS able to find crutches here AND a wrap for his ancle but what I didn't realize was that I had to check the height of the crutches... so I ended up buying crutches that were too tall for my dad. I called the shop right away and talk to the what I assume is the pharmacist. He was also the guy who helped me check out so he remembered that I was there earlier. I was afraid he was going to tell me that there was nothing he could do, as the girl who pointed out the crutches to me did mention that they were non returnable... but he was so REASONABLE and even though he didn't have the height that I needed, he ordered the right height and had them ready first thing in the morning the following day!! He let me do an even exchange... and he made what I thought was going to be dreadful non returnable experience.. a simple pleasant exchange. I felt the need to write this long review about my experience with this pharmacist because people like him are hard to find. In a world we're people tend to be... lazy and would rather brush you off with "there's nothing I can do" and "we're out of stock, sorry".... finding someone like him in today's world is always an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air. I don't have a primary care physician anymore and when I thought I might have a sinus infection or something similar, a coworker suggested the Walgreens Healthcare Clinic. I quickly made a same day appointment online. I arrived ten minutes before my scheduled appointment time, easily checked in on a touch screen computer and waited. The doctor ran about ten minutes late, but she spend almost a half hour with me. She was thorough and very helpful. She also grabbed the OTC meds I needed, a new thermometer for me and got my prescription over to the pharmacy to fill while I waited. Unfortunately, I walked out with an Influenza strain A diagnosis, but I had everything I needed to head down a path to wellness and was very appreciative of the attention I received at the clinic.

Two days ago, I needed a prescription refill before my refill date and the pharmacy was super helpful in getting it done. That was 4 days ago. I've tried to get my meds for 4 days, no luck. They told me to come back today after3. I showed up at 4:30. Still don't have 2 of my meds. I went off. They said I don't have the right to talk Ike that. Now they want me to wait for them to call tomorrow. This store should be shut down, out of business. This isn't my first time with these problems, but it will be the last. Go to a different Walgreens or a different pharmacy, but not this one.
