Here for test they say 11:50 got here 11:45 go through all The paperwork and told to get back out of line as test is being prepared. All cars in front of me did not have to get out of line to " prepare" test as they told me. Why tell me to be there at 11:50 when tests are not prepared! Store review: Not quite sure why all the negative reviews, but for just run of the mill shopping this location was well stocked. Although the prices are not marked well on the shelf for post christmas sales, but you can head to the coupon machine to scan the items for price check. The store is well kept and organized and staff is friendly overall. No complaints here. They don't price match per cashier. Walgreens was cheaper by $1 with Tylenol, and milk was cheaper by $0.25. Why they won't price match caused this customer to leave. Convenience or not, I left and went out of my way to Walgreens for the savings. Might want to fix that read more

I tested positive for Covid late last week. Made 2 appointments on Saturday for my 2 children to be tested today. I always use this CVS and they have my insurance information. Completed all of the registration information on-line which included my insurance info. Went to the drive-through at the registered time and CVS personnel refused to let us complete the test because a picture of our insurance card was not uploaded during registration when in fact, the registration requests an uploaded picture but specifically states it is NOT required. Completed incompetent. I have reported this CVS to the county health department and to the CVS corporate office. Both advised that they will be investigating. This review is not intended for any other CVS location except the one at Bartlett Plaza. I've never had issues with prescriptions but I strongly recommend you stay away for Covid testing. read more

I think I have stopped in a CVS about a half dozen time over the years. I am more of a Walgreens kinda of girl. Regardless, we stopped in here tonight since it is right around the corner from our house and we needed what I thought were a couple of simple items... Body wash for my 13 year old son 1 - 5 Subject Spiral Notebook 2 - Pocket Folders, three hole punched on the side Well, the first aisle has a sign overhead that states that this is the aisle for body wash. Up and down the aisle we go... No body wash. Next aisle...no body wash. It took us 3 or 4 aisles to locate said body wash. Unfortunately for me, my son wanted me to smell the bottle that he wanted and he proceeded to squirt BRIGHT BLUE body wash all over my shirt. Ug. In a hurry to leave, we quickly find the school supplies. Over $10 for a 5 subject notebook! I'm sorry, but are you freakin' nuts?!?!? My 13 year old will probably lose this before we could even come close to getting our $10 worth of use out of it! We can't find even one folder that would satisfy the 8th grade teacher, so I guess I am going to have to head somewhere else. With my head down, we proceed to the front counter. The girl looks and laughs. Without hesitation, she hands me a stack of kleenex. One star for you friendly girl at the counter (as I would have laughed if I had seem this version of me too). She quickly rings up the "used" bottle of body wash and gets us out the door. CVS gets the second star for a clean store without junk all over the place. read more

THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE! - rude - unprofessional - lacking common sense - insubordinate - inconvenient Quick synopsis of my story...... Had throat surgery on a Wednesday was prescribed medicine for that (wasn't working). Had to be rushed to the ER that following Monday morning for emergency corrective throat surgery was prescribed DIFFERENT medication and was instructed by my doctors to stop all others. Get to CVS and the trash they having working in the pharmacy tells me she can't fill my meds because I just got the original Rx (that my dr told me to stop taking) few days ago. So now its 4 hours since released from the hospital, can't talk, can barely breath and I gotta deal with this shit?! I was warned by many not to use this pharmacy and ignored them. Don't make the same mistake. These employees need to be caned and then euthanized! read more

I want to send a shout out to Jeff Faust! He has done a wonderful job at CVS. I sure is has been hard turning things around. But I have gone some of the best customer service in the last 2 weeks by CVS techs. Than I have ever gotten as CVS in 8 years. Jeff has always been very easy to deal with CVS is lucky to have you. The lasts 4 times i have gone up to the pharmacy. The workers are so nice and helpful and listen to what you need and seem to care. The lady that has helped me mostly is Contessi she is so sweet and helpful. For all the CVS customers! If you download the CVS app and sign up. You can get Rewards for your meds that you already take and get free 5 dollars at CVS for every 10 fills. Also it makes your pick up process so easy just scan your app at pick up. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used, or should I say tried to use. I have gone there 5 times with 4 different medications, and every time I have been told that they didn't have enough in stock to fill the prescription. I only tried it so many times, because it's conveniently located. They are completely unprofessional about it too. Only one time got an apology, and they don't even offer to locate it for me. Walgreens has become dehumanized. If you are a chronically ill patient dealing with special medical needs. Walgreens is no longer the place to go, its CVS. The Village of Bartlett Senior Services deals with CVS ( they had previously dealt with Walmart but cancelled due to inefficiency as well) and my mom was referred there when Walgreens refused to dispense her diabetic test strips. They claimed it was too soon and my mother was having an emergency where test strips were needed. The community nurse contacted CVS (Downtown Bartlett) the pharmacist was very helpful and was able to successfully get her claim approved with her insurance. There was no magic involved. She was simply doing her job. She picked up the phone and called. Most pharmacies have become lazy only doing what the computer tells them and they wont offer the help they used to customers. CVS downtown Bartlett still does their job. You could be walking idly in the store and not being a pharmacy customer and you will still be greeted or asked if you need assistance. read more

Not to mind you, you go to the pharmacy to fill your prescription 3 different times when the pharmacist tells you the prescription is coming the next week and they still don't have the prescription. Once again Tom Saeng provided excellent customer service! He is only a part-time pharmacy technician but has excellent customer service skills! He always greets me by name with a very positive attitude! He always gets my prescription right and ask me how I am doing. Other employees would be smart to look at him as a great example of how to manage customers and present a professional attitude, also most of the time I walk into CVS in Bartlett, I am greeted by a friendly hello and "can I help you?" Most of the cashiers up front are friendly, occasionally there has been a rude one but they seem to be gone....people who think the prices are high are not using the CVS app on their phone, they give money back on many items and run sales all the time. Also the store usually is clean and neat and smells ok. Please give Tom in pharmacy a raise in pay he deserves it, his type of customer service is unusual these days! read more

I have no idea why the previous reviewers had such negative comments. This has been my pharmacy ever since it has opened. Maybe the problem was that the reviewers encountered weekend part-timers. These people go WAY above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. I hated Walgreens which is one of the reasons why I switched to CVS.
