Jeremy is one of those people who can't go anywhere without a beverage, so we stopped at CVS to get a Monster... and an orange vanilla coke for me. Both of which were outrageously priced, but that's inflation, I suppose. Many shelves were absolutely bare. I suspect they're removing all the summer stuff and getting ready for Hallow-xmas. It's a basic CVS situation. I only go into those stores when I need a quick beverage. I DO use a CVS pharmacy, but even then we only use the drive-thru. Going inside always seems like such a hassle. We didn't interact with any employees. We used self check-out. It was a fairly painless experience. I appreciate the ramp and the automatic doors. I wish more stores had those.

It was a seamless process. The CVS closest to me used to give vaccines, but, according to the Doc, they no longer do which was why I had to come to this store. When I arrived I was surprised by the Minute Clinic space. It's set up similar to the waiting area in a doctors office. It was clean, bright, and welcoming. There was one other woman waiting and we both assumed the doctor was with somebody. I waited approximately 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time when she came out with her previous appointment. The woman ahead of me just needed to have her TB test read so she was in & out. Once in the office, everything was explained. The prices for the vaccines were posted on the cabinet. You can schedule regular vaccines (like the flu & COVID), which is what I received. But it is also a Travel Clinic for vaccines needed to travel abroad such as yellow fever, typhoid, etc. I had planned to get a few vaccines, but once I saw the prices..... OUCH! I opted to visit my local VA Hospital where I was able to get them there. She was efficient and my visit wasn't long. Everything she needed was in that space. I was however, surprised that most of the store items were locked behind glass/plexiglass. It was my first time seeing this in a CVS. My only guess is that they've experienced a lot of shoplifting, even though this area didn't seem to fit that description (in my opinion, but I don't live here). I'm down with the Minute Clinic. I'd use it again.

When you need that prescription and cannot wait, send the script here. They are efficient and will have your Rx ready in 2 hours or less. They do not market ETA but that has been my experience. You have to check in at the front desk. The pharmacy is directly behind the front desk. You can walk left or right after you get your wristband and simply walk around the rear of the registration desk. If you need a reliable pharmacy that does not close, go here. I've picked up Rx at 2:30 am from here, you will never be without your Rx when you need it.

The staff is rude, and I've had issues with one of my prescriptions multiple times over the last few months. Although the pharmacist has been nicer about trying to help me, it's only after I call that I even know there's an issue. Several times, they haven't bothered to call me to tell me that they were having problems getting my prescription. I had to go there after the horrible storm we had a few months ago, and now I need to go out of my way to pick up my prescription today b/c it took them so long to get it, and they won't deliver it today. I need it today, so delivery tomorrow does me no good. While I like to support a local small pharmacy, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This place is completely horrible. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I placed an online order for…read morepick up. However, the store was closed due to their system being down. I've been called customer care to try to cancel the order, while doing so, I received a notice that my order was ready for pick up. I immediately walked to the location, before I arrived I saw two people walk out of the store. I then tried to enter the store. With no luck because the store was still closed. I stood there and knocked and knocked and knocked mind you it is 90° outside and I'm in a uniform the security guard inside kept ignoring me as well as the employees that walked back-and-forth. I knocked on the door that is one one employee looked at me with irritation through his hands up and said the store is closed, what do you want? I said I'm here to pick up my order and I got a notification. What do I do? I think it's important to note that I was standing outside of a locked glass door then there was a foyer and then they were behind the additional sliding glass doors talking to me the manager that walked up and they asked me what my last name was I yelled at three times through all of the glass doors and she said that she would cancel it, but that it would take some time. I think it's important to know that the boy who stopped had the scanner in his hand and was walking with the shopping cart as if he was going to fulfill orders.

I went to this pharmacy to continue a post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) treatment after already receiving my first dose at the same location, and the pharmacist on duty refused to administer the follow-up. They provided no clear explanation and did not offer any referral or guidance on where I could complete what is a time-sensitive vaccine. When I tried to call the pharmacy afterward to get clarification and simply ask for the pharmacist's name, the pharmacy staff cursed me out and hung up the phone--after I simply asked for a name. This happened multiple times, making it impossible to resolve the situation directly or even identify who I had interacted with. This goes well beyond terrible customer service, it involved interrupting necessary medical care and then avoiding accountability. I strongly recommend going elsewhere, especially if you need reliable, professional handling of prescriptions or treatments.
