When I first moved to the area just a few months ago, I chose this pharmacy as my top option based on its high ratings and positive reviews. But that changed in an instant, and they are no longer my number one pharmacy. I was having surgery, and I had my prescriptions sent to this Pharmacy. I got a call from the staff saying that they couldn't fill my oxycodone prescription because they were backordered 3 to 6 months. That's unacceptable. That's a prescription that should be easily filled. It shouldn't be backordered. I asked where else I could find it, and they suggested calling Wegmans, which had it in stock and filled it very easily. I don't understand how a pharmacy could not have a prescription that is so common and needed when someone has surgery, like I did. They filled the other three prescriptions I had sent in for different things during my first couple of months. However, when you can't fill a simple prescription like that, you quickly switch to a place that can fill everything, and that's where I am now. I can't in good conscience recommend using Choice Pharmacy because they let me down at a time when I needed them the most.

The shelves are always well stocked w great variety. The lines can be quite long and slow due to being understaffed, they try their best. I've been submitting my orders online, and they're always ready before time quoted. The young individuals that bring my orders out to curbside are always respectful, and kind. I love to see it. I'll continue to support this business as they continue to make my life so much easier.

However, when I went to the bakery section, there were no muffins available. After completing my shopping, I stopped by the customer service desk to ask about it, as the coupon stated it was only valid for that day. Unfortunately, the employee at the desk was very dismissive and became visibly agitated when I inquired. She told me I should come to the store earlier if I wanted my free item, despite me politely explaining that my work schedule only allows me to shop after 7 p.m. Her tone and attitude made me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer. She did write out of stock (see attached photo), however it was done to get me out of the store. My inquiry was to ask about the coupon expiration date and to see if there were any exceptions as I was told the bakery closes at 7pm. My time of arrival was after 8pm (see attached receipt and coupon). I shop at this location regularly and spend a significant amount of time and money there, so this treatment was especially upsetting. I hope this message can be used to improve service going forward, and that future customer interactions reflect the respect and appreciation loyal customers deserve. I shop at the store a lot, and I've also observed the many pricing errors now seem less frequent (meaning fewer trips to the customer service desk), and the folks who staff that desk often (but not always) are more friendly than in the past. The store offers a good selection of groceries, and prices, especially when one can catch a sale, generally seem reasonable, though as everyone knows, food prices have increased markedly especially over the past couple years. Many of the cashiers have been there for many years and I've come to know them by name and enjoy saying hello, which is nice.

So we recustomize our subs and somehow she still messes them up, wrong size, wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, added ingredients that we didn't order, wrong bread.
