Roger at the pharmacy is the absolute best. My father is home on hospice care. I walked in with 12 prescriptions and Roger made sure that all of them were filled within an hour. So grateful. read more

The pharmacy pickup line is often long and moves slowly. On several occasions that I've had prescriptions filled here they first told me that they didn't have the script on file. When I then showed them my copy of the script they checked and found that they did in fact have it. read more

I have been disappointed by this CVS for little things here and there (though it is helpful that it's open 24-hours!) something happened recently that made me want to write a review: A recent focus for CVS seems to be customer service so they have stationed an employee by the front door to assist with customers' questions or to help them find something. This is great, except several times I have come to the store to see lines of 5+ people and only one register open. Why not use this person to open another register rather than standing by the door and asking people rushing by if they need help? But here's the annoying thing: during my last visit, I purchased several items that were bagged by the cashier behind the counter. When I left, he only handed me one (of two) bags. I didn't realize I was missing a bag until I got home. When I returned to the store 45 minutes later with my receipt the customer service assistant offered to help (finally- she could do something!) What she did was not helpful. She walked around behind the counter and half-heartedly peeked underneath a few things, looking for my bag. It wasn't there. And of course my previous cashier had left for the day. I asked if I could get some replacement items but she said that it was not the policy of CVS to hand out free items to their customers. I was missing about $12 of merchandise which is like zero dollars for CVS. Great. So I had to leave my name and number "just in case" my bag turned up. They never called because of course they never found my bag. Terrible customer service policy. Zero stars option not available. read more

This 24 hour pharmacy would be great if they amped up their staff. Should not have to wait 4 hours for a phone in prescription.

The lines are long, the associates at the pharmacy are incompetent and slow, and to top it off they are rude. I dropped off a script for a medication, three days later I went to pick it up and they informed me insurance didn't cover it and I need preauthorization. I call my physician and return to the pharmacy 3 days after that, only so they can inform me it still hasn't been filled. Charged my for a medication that was covered on another occasion. You're better off buying you medication off a bum on the street than going to this CVS. read more

Incredibly rude young woman working the pharmacy counter, looked like she had just woken up and rolled out of bed. Very unprofessional - acted as though ringing up my prescription I was picking up was an annoyance to her. I'm giving two stars instead of one because they had my prescriptions right, and they were ready at the time they said they would be. I'm switching pharmacies. read more

I have always used CVS pharmacies to fill my prescriptions because I've generally had a good experience although this CVS is THE WORST. Staff often do not fill prescriptions when you call them in even though they say they will and that itll be ready in an hour or so but then they never bother to do it. Or they will only fill only one of the two that were called in so when you get there to pick them up you have to wait an additional half hour for them to do the other one. Several times my prescriptions have been transfered to random other CVS pharmacies in states that I haven't even been in. (!) The clerks know nothing about the drugs they are dispensing, sometimes haven't even heard of a particular drug and you can tell because they struggle pronouncing the names, even some of the very common ones. One particular clerk has a very apathetic attitude and always makes it clear to the customers that she doesn't want to be at work. The lines and waits are incredibly long because most of the people in front of you in line are also having to help fix the mistakes of the staff. If you plan to fill a script here make sure you give them about a week's notice in advance and expect to make about three phone calls to follow up and fix their mistakes to finally get your meds. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. My scripts are never ready when I arrive, even when I call ahead 3+ hours or when the pharmacy itself texts or calls me to say something has been refilled. It is beyond me how the customer service can possibly be this bad. Each time my specialty pharmacy delivers something to them, it takes them 2+ hours and sometimes days to find the item which always turns out to have been in their possession the entire time. I hate that they are the only 24 hour pharmacy beat me. I think they use the lack of competition as an excuse to continue to suck. read more

There's a manager there named Jim who has been amazing every single time I've interacted with him. I'm required by my insurance to get my Rx from CVS, but I also buy things from the retail side because I've had a good experience with their staff there. read more

This store has a pharmacy that is not functional. There are always long waits and the clerk does not seem with it. I had to spell my common first name 4 times. He is also hard to understand. Finally, after receiving a call that my prescription was ready and after waiting in line 10+ minutes, I was told it would be ready in 6 to 8 minutes. I left the store. I am planning to take my business elsewhere in the future. read more

The store itself is clean and nice but the pharmacy staff is awful. There are maybe two employees who are nice and courteous that I have dealt with on different occasions. I wish I had their names so they can get the credit. Its almost been a week since my doctor prescribed a prescription for me and I have yet to receive it. When I arrived a few hours after my appointment, the prescription wasn't ready. So I waited. The technician informed me that the doctor had prescribed me a brand name and if I wanted, I could call him and see if I could get a generic brand. So I did. My doctor said to have them call him for approval. So I did...I was told they would. I called the next day...they said they were waiting to hear back from the doctor. The weekend passes and it is now Tuesday. I call the pharmacy and they tell me they are about to call my doctor now! Really?!?!?! Thank God its not an urgent prescription bc I would be SOL! Take your business elsewhere. read more
