The doctor informed me he was sending the prescription to Anderson RX. I was on my way to Anderson to pick it up unsure if being so late, it would be filled that night. Not even five minutes later, I received a call from Anderson RX reminding me they were closing soon. When I arrived they were very friendly, even being so close to their closing timeframe I received my prescription. First pharmacy who looked up our insurance information and updated it without us having to provide new cards. Walgreens will not do that! Anderson RX is by far the best! We drive from Redding just to go to there, it's worth the drive for the service.

Most all other pharmacies close on Sunday! This location inside the Walmart Supercenter in Anderson is on my way to Redding or on my way back to Red Bluff and I'm always traveling back and forth a lot, so it's super easy access on and off the 5 freeway in south Anderson. I just do most of my refills via on online site. You can set up an online pharmacy account that's separate from the regular Walmart account but both are accessible from walmart.com. It gives you access to all your prescriptions and amount of refills you have left of each drug. This pharmacy app works pretty good, I gotta say. You'll get texts or emails when your stuff is ready to pick up. You can change pharmacy locations as well, so if I wanna get my stuff in Red Bluff, I can.

Their policies for ordering "controlled substances" are nonsensical. Additionally, I picked up OraGel that was in a locked plastic container, turns out that can only be purchased at the front, not through the pharmacy - then you have to find a clerk up front, when they want you to self checkout! The clerks and pharmacists are polite and try to be helpful, these are company policies that have driven my business elsewhere. As I said, DONE!
