Most all other pharmacies close on Sunday! This location inside the Walmart Supercenter in Anderson is on my way to Redding or on my way back to Red Bluff and I'm always traveling back and forth a lot, so it's super easy access on and off the 5 freeway in south Anderson. I just do most of my refills via on online site. You can set up an online pharmacy account that's separate from the regular Walmart account but both are accessible from walmart.com. It gives you access to all your prescriptions and amount of refills you have left of each drug. This pharmacy app works pretty good, I gotta say. You'll get texts or emails when your stuff is ready to pick up. You can change pharmacy locations as well, so if I wanna get my stuff in Red Bluff, I can.

I've looked them up and on my list they have my Rx in question "On Hold-not being worked on". I currently ok'd the refill of that Rx 4 days ago and still not received. I am totally out of the medicine. I have Rx delivered due to age and walking disability. I have been unable to reach them by phone for past 3 days. I've left messages, no return calls. Called again this morning and the technicians are unavailable..leave a message. So frustrating. I definitely don't recommend this pharmacy. They didn't bother to send a request to my husbands doctor for 3 days. but lied and said they did. Then when they finally sent it and the doctor responded, they said that was the t said they sent an old request and had to send another. I guess the doctor responded to that one two after I drove over to the office. I got a text from Walgreens saying the perscription was delayed due to insurance. I tried to call them to see if I could pay out of pocket, they hung up on me 3 times without answering after being on hold for 45 minutes and again for 30 minutes. I am on my 3rd phone call. I would drive down there, but I just had eye surgey and can't drive right now. I already had my friend take me there twice today and to the doctors office. Op just got hung up on again.

I don't understand the bad reviews on cottonwood drugs because I've been going to cottonwood drugs…read morefor at least 9 years now every since the pharmacy I used to go to closed down some of the staff from the old pharmacy went to cottonwood drugs I'm treated friendly there sometimes I have to wait a day or two for a medication but that's not the fault of the pharmacist or the pharmacy that's the fault of the rich people that keep buying a drug so they can lose my pounds lol The only thing I don't like about cottonwood drugs is that a few years ago they were bought out by an East Coast corporation so they are no longer my local drugstore but I'm still treated like family I still know all the staff member on a first name basis and when I call they already know when I'm going to ask for so they hand me to the appropriate person. All in all I would give cottonwood drugs between a 3:00 and 3/4 and 4 and 1/2 stars no business is five stars at all I don't care who they say they are.

I have been bringing my pharmacy business to the Dana location since Target opened…read more I have observed the service level go down and down with long lines and one cash register open, and their closing for lunch policy, in the last couple of years. CVS emailed me a survey, to take of how they did on my last pickup. I answered their questions honestly referencing my complaint listed above. Yesterday I received a call from the manager referencing my negative comments. She said when people leave negative reviews it reflects on the local staff, and that my complaints were not in their control. She said the closing at lunch is a corporate decision to be good to their employees so they call all go to lunch together. I asked her what other businesses do that, and commented that I thought a business is supposed to value their customers, and put the customers convivence first. She told me nothing was going to change, and that it appeared to her that I would never be happy at that location. Funny I was for like 30 years? She suggested that I take my business elsewhere so that is exactly what I put in motion this morning. I'm not going to continue to give my business to a business that does not appreciate if they have you as a customer or not. In summary CVS has no interest in improving their service to their customers. I was told by their management, if you do not like it, take your business someplace else. So I did.
