If you need a CVS while visiting in Key West, there are quite a few around... the store at Front and Duval is the largest one we saw. Not just your normal drugstore, the location is stuffed with souvenirs at better prices than the tourist places! We needed some toiletries and joint pain relief tape strips.... Found all we needed. In the end, it's just a CVS, if you need it, it's there! Nothing to get too excited about... LOL read more

Great place to get souvenirs of the local keywest. They had cute towels And magnets. Prices were decent compared to the tourist trap stores. A variety of drinks and regular drug store items. Quick lines but didn't see much staff. Store had empty shelves and didn't give that clean vibe. Walkable from the cruise ship and sells liquor. read more

This is a large CVS located in the middle of the tourist area in Key West, at the intersection of Duval and Front St. Since it's in a tourist area, the store itself is geared more towards souvenirs, beach items, basic convenience store stuff and such. The one thing is that the prices for many of those items are much more competitive than some of the souvenir or convenience stores in the area. Most of the people that go in here are on foot since this is a walkable area...there's some parking options but be ready to pay some good $$$ for it. read more

This is not like any other CVS I have ever been to. For starters there is no pharmacy so don't come here expecting to get your prescription filled. They basically sell sundry items tourists would need. There is no Key West charm to the building. It looks like it was designed to withstand a category 5 hurricane which I am sure it was. The only nods to Key west are some graphics on the outside of the building. You also have to climb steep stairs to get to the store which is not great for customers with disabilities but probably prevents storm flooding. There is no parking lot like every other CVS I have ever been to. They sold their parking lot to a guy that collects cash for people who want to catch the sunset festival across the street at Mallory Square. That explains how I came to be here. The closest parking was $30 so I ended up here because parking was $10 less. I had to go to CVS to buy some mints and get cash for the parking guy. I needed to use the restroom but surprisingly both restrooms were out of order which was very aggravating. Prices are higher than the CVS by me due to Key West being at the end of the world. This store is okay for a quick stop but anyone needing a legitimate pharmacy store will need to look elsewhere. read more

A breath of fresh air! Without CVS we would have gotten suckered by high prices at the shops in the area. I was able to get a small waterproof case to store my credit cards and money for $4 when we went on a kayaking trip. You can get a cheap hat here. You can get sunblock here. You can get a souvenir here, and not pay some crazy price. We bought snacks for our hotel room, supplies for our kayaking and beach adventures, and just the basic necessities you need in a place without having to deal with the huge markup you see all over the island on everything. Definitely useful! I don't know why such a low rating, but maybe that's the national one. Convenient to Hyatt Centric and right in Old Key West. read more

I went in to buy a few things and asked to use the bathroom. The women working said that it was "out of service". I could clearly see two bathrooms and I explained that it was an emergency, I really needed to go and asked if I could use the other one. She refused to let me and said it was only for the employees. I'm so tried of these lazy Business that would rather refuse Service versus instituting safety protocols to ensure everyone using facilities can be safely protected during Covid. Had to stop by several times during our vacation trip. They must go thru a lot of cashiers, the first one handed me my bills in a crumpled ball, the second visit the cashier did not know how to scan my CVS card and the last visit there the cashier gave me too much cash back. Tried several times to explain he gave me too much and he did not understand. read more

One block from the beach there is only on the street parking but a lot of items you can buy if you forgot your beach items. No pharmacy but you can but all the over the counter items you need. Lots of snorkeling items. read more

Supply and demand. This CVS is right in the middle of town and very convenient. Unfortunately the prices are not convenient. CVS always charges a few cents more than they should unless you have one of their club cards. We wandered in here for some sun block. We brought some but decided we wanted stronger UV protection since it was super hot and humid. People were buying all kinds of things from snacks to camera accessories. As expensive as it was, I'm sure we paid less than we would have in one of the local tourist trap boutiques. read more

I came here to grab sunscreen because the somewhat new carry-on rules don't allow a person to bring a huge bottle of sunscreen in your carry-on anymore. I like this CVS's proximity to the Westin Resort and Marina, where my cruise ship was docked. Right when we walked into CVS, there were shelves and shelves of sunscreen. They had other toiletries and snacks that one would want or need. It's comforting to know that there is a one stop shop close to the cruise docks. read more

I don't know if this is the best CVS in Key West, but it was the closest one to my ship. Of course, every tourist and their Dad was in here getting all of the items they forgot to bring on their trip. Two stories chock full of good stuff, and the entrance conveniently has travel-sized toiletries so you can grab and go. Grabbed some travel-sized shampoo, extra sunscreen before heading back on the boat. Sad this was the only place I stopped in while I was on the island but c'mon, it's CVS! read more

Cashiers are lazy as fuck and make you go to the self check out instead of actually ringing you up.

Caught me at a bad time. Desperate for pain meds and stopped by to fill my prescription. Was shocked to find out they did not do them. Did not know CVS had non pharmacy stores. This is one. And it is a store badly organized with a bunch of junk. I went to their website and it did not warn me that I could not get what I wanted here. Ended up going to another 2 CVS, the last of which was very nice, much better organized, and had a pharmacy! Whew! I will not be back to this one, ever! read more

Filthy! I pulled up on my bike and a rude security guard told me I HAD to park my bike in a filthy bike parking area with a bunch of homeless people and chickens ( really) hanging out. It smelled like urine too. They expect you to lift your bike up over a curb (twice) with your bike full of heavy stuff. I never even bothered to go inside, there is a more convenient Walgreens on Duval street with a bike rack right outside. read more

So convenient, very well stocked, staff that understands you're in a hurry and still give you good service. You can find everything you need here and some things you didn't know you needed. You know it's great when you're spending an hour in a 2 story CVS while on vacation! Always packed though so be prepared for a line - but they move fast! read more

Stopped here tonight with my husband and elderly parents, to pick up a few toiletries. Found suitable substitutes for our usual things and the staff was friendly and helpful, but what a pit! My parents can't do stairs anymore and the elevator was especially bad - had us all looking for hand sanitizer after using it, and we're not germaphobes at all. read more

Cashiers here are strangely dense.. Tried to redeem a valid coupon attached to item .. Cashier said he redeemed from another coupon he had behind counter, yet the redemption was for $1.00 not the $1.50 on my item .. He then argued with me in front of customers... Very uncomfortable and odd.. Go to Walgreens across the street and save yourselves the hassle of explaining how coupons work. read more
