This is a clean store, but cluttered with new product in the middle of the hallways. It is obvious that they are short staffed as well as most people are. I believe the employees are trying to get as much on the shelves as possible, particularly during this Christmas season. the employees were very helpful and very professional at all times. read more

This Walgreens is large and clean. As Jojo said, it's well-stocked and I found the employees to be exceptionally friendly. I was also intrigued by a number of items they carried at this Keys location that I haven't seen at our local Walgreens in the Midwest. I used their facilities before heading across the highway to the Big Pine Key Flea Market, and they were also kept up. On the way out I spotted pre-moistened baby wipes on sale. They were $1 for a 40 pack, though they are already pretty cheap to begin with. I stocked up on the sensitive skin ones to use as makeup remover wipes and would have grabbed more if I hadn't been limited to the 5 packs left on display. read more

This was my 2nd time in the store in a week. Both times I was waited on by I now know as the manager. She did an excellent job including going into the back to try to find water for me that was on sale. She remembered the second time I was there that she had written a rain check for me. She was very friendly and was helping customers and talking to associates doing a great job. read more

Mary was so kind and knowledgeable. I had been driving around trying to get some large pictures printed and she was nice enough to get the job and with so much kindness. She deserves all the recognition. She's very pleasant to speak to and not once was she annoyed by my request. I live in key and will definitely drive all the way to big pine to be serviced by her. Than picked up a deep conditioner for my hair so it can assist it after it is sun baked. They have a great selection of cold drinks and snacks. Walgreens is a great place to stop if you need something quick. They have a great alcohol section which was stocked with a variety of different choices that satisfied the needs of my father and I. Like I said, great place to stop if you need something quick. However, the shelves were pretty much wiped clean of different flavors of drinks, and I was surprised to see that they only had three flavors of Three Olives.
