Super helpful and friendly staff! HANK is AWESOME! For some reason, we were craving rum punch (well, truth be told, I had just seen it on the Hogfish menu). Hank was kind enough to google the recipe and then helped me find the ingredients. While Hank didn't have all of the juices for the recipe, he sent me next door --- which I think is a fantastic way to support other local businesses. They also have a small, but really lovely, wine selection. And, prices compete well, or better than, Publix. I don't want to say it, but they have a Pinot that is priced $6 less than Publix!!! Plus, they offer a cooler full of cold beer - mainstream and local/unique. Lots of free parking, and if you want to stay in your car THEY HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH! Yes, prices might be a little higher than other places, but this place is easy to get in and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small shop, but they have a great selection of liquors, wines, and beers. They also have a drive through. It's super convenient. read more

Not sure if the rude bald man is the owner or an employee but he is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Stopped here with an Uber from airport pickup. My friend went in to get the liquor. Apparently the Uber stopped in front of store where it was no parking. The owner came out banging on the window and yelling at him to move. Started exchanging curse words. He could have been nice about it and asked the Uber to move or point to where it was ok to park. My friend also said he pressured her for tips on the liquor purchase. Would not return here. Horrible business. It was my first time in Key West and I definitely have learned to not return here. Spend your money elsewhere and support a better business. read more

Guess what you're in the islands and nothing is cheap. That being said the staff are helpful and it given where it at actually have a wide variety of product. Stopped by here because I was provisioning for a trip on the vessel and staff was more than helpful with not only anything we needed, but also with getting into the vehicle. read more

11/27 9:15 pm. I've been in a couple times before to buy wine and it's been fine the people at the counter were nice and helpful. I went tonight and turns out just the drive through was open. I asked the woman at the drive through what she has for a couple mid range pinot noirs or Cabernets and she says to tell her a brand name . I don't know I can't think of one - so I ask if she can name a few she has she says " she doesn't drink, she has no idea" in such a rude tone. I'm at a blank like please just give me one example she says I drink wine I NEED to give her a brand name . She refused to help me out, I was super disturbed by this interaction -seriously her interaction ruined my night she was so crabby and unhappy and refusing to work with me in what could have been such a simple transaction. I work at a bar if this question was presented to me and I didn't know what brands I had - id just go grab a couple quick and show me instead of being so rude. Finally named la crema and she brought back a Chloe Pinot noir and angrily said $17.19. Definitely not the wine I wanted but whatever I would pay $17.19 to get away from that terrible woman to be honest. I'll never go there again while she is working. Perhaps if this employee isn't knowledgeable about the selection of what she is selling there - keep a list of inventory at the window so she can name off some things? Idk that sucked read more
