I love stopping here. Every time we go shopping on Duval Street we grab a glass sit on the porch and people watch. It's so peaceful no matter how busy the street might be. The people are friendly, the service is outstanding, and the selection won't be disappointing to anyone. read more

My favorite restaurant on Duval st. Outside seating and a hidden bar inside. Amazing food all the time

A nice place with a good wine selection. Really enjoyed being able to sit outside and chat while we people watched.

I typically love this place. Lovely porch for drinking wine and personable staff. The live acoustic guitar would be nice, but the electric amplifier is unnecessary and WAY TOO Loud--uncomfortable. It's like the musician isn't playing for the patrons but using the porch as a stage to play for passersby. read more

Such a lovely little place to come and relax. Have a glass of wine or bubbly and enjoy people watching or having a chat with one of the people pouring the vino! We came and hung out three separate times. The two ladies that served us were awesome and great to talk to, along with suggesting a nice wine! I enjoyed sipping on my wine and watching the world go by! Highly recommend buying the bottle and chillin'! read more

This was a nice, cozy little wine bar close to our hotel. We had a long day and a big lunch. All we wanted was a glass of wine and a cheese platter. Walking up to Grand Vin, it looks like a home with a big porch. I find it interesting there are no "No see ums" or bugs out. There are people curled up in big chairs, sipping wine and relaxing. We walk in and the place is packed out. We ordered two glasses of wine and a cheese platter. I see a Tempranillo as a wine choice by the glass. I asked the bartender about the wine and he gives me a sample. Wow. We grab a table outside, drink our wine and the cheese platter comes to us. The bartender left the bar and bought us our drinks and explains the cheese platter is put together by a local chef, cheers! I have to admit, the cheese choices were pretty good. It was a lot of cheese! I had to bring it back to the room. The next day, I noticed they had a Frose on the menu. This is how chill Grand Vin is, we left the hotel pool and walked over for a frozen rose. Man, what a tasty drink! Grand Vin, it was a pleasure to sit and sip some of your great wine choices. read more

Grand Vin - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Key West, Florida

Grand Vino is laid back and the homiest wine bar I've sipped wine in. Drink by the glass or pick out a bottle from the racks of the really good wines that line the walls. The prices are more like a store than a bar. Super value. They open and they pour and you drink sitting inside or out. If you can't finish a bottle they'll stow it for your next visit. Sharon is charming and according to Sharon, Mindy is almost charming too. It's open late and it's pleasant so it's a great place to get away from the louder hustle bustle places on Duval Street. Go and enjoy read more

Stumbled upon this place during their Valentine's Day event and got free tastings! While none of the wine was local (not sure where they would be able to grow their own grapes ) but the sommelier was super knowledgeable! Even left with a bottle of their Chilean wines! read more

Quaint little wine shop on Duval. The Frose was amazing! Definitely have yourself a glass, it's Not too sweet and extremely refreshing. Also had a half glass of the Savignon Blanc (they do half glass, tasting size portions, nice option) which was OK, nothing extraordinary. The Brie cheese was fantastic as well. read more

Nice little wine bar (beer too). Stopped on our walk down Duval. Got a Charcuterie Board which was wonderful... Grabbed a chair on the front porch and enjoyed our drinks and cheeses. I am in the wine industry and visit wine bars often and this is one of my favorites. Manager and wine director Julie Kushel does a great job of keeping the selection fresh and interesting. She carries some of your favorites as well as some really fun discoveries that perhaps you have not seen before. Very cute and quaint wine shop on Duval. We made this spot part of our Duval crawl twice. The staff was amazing. The frozen rose "Frose" was really refreshing on a hot Florida day and you must add the sangria topping to really get the full effect. The music was to our liking and although we did not sit on the front porch/patio, it's definitely a nice vibe to chill and people watch. We did not order food, just sipping and bobbing to the music. read more

Stopped in to eat some cheese and drink some wine. What a discovery! Great service and an amazing cheese plate with Chardonnay. Gem! Visit and experiment. read more

This place gets an extra star from me explicitly for entertainment purposes. Grand Vin is a small wine shop on Duval Street with a bar that seats 4 and a table in front of the bar that seats about 8. They offer a plethora of wines by the bottle and a nice variety of wines by the glass. Although this is a true locals place, we were made to feel welcome. We met some interesting characters while we shared a bottle of wine. I can't even get into the funny things that we experienced because it was a "had to be there" situation, but let me just say that I would suggest stopping in there before you head to your dinner destination for a nice glass of wine and some interesting group dynamics. You will be glad you did. read more

Great Patio, great service. The Frozen Rose "Frose" hit the spot on a warm sunny day. The meat and cheese plate was also very tasty.

Enjoyed the Friday wine tasting with discounted bottles. Cheese plate offering is good for the price.

Beautiful porch to people watch. Amazing selection of wine . Great knowledgable bartender who will help you pick the right glass of wine for you. I think it was the owner pouring the wine since he seemed to know way back info. read more

The Gal & I have walked by this place off and on for years, and always were going to stop in and check it out. And never did. So this time, The Gal made the Executive Order that we were going to the wine bar, and we were going now. Fine. 6 or 8 years ago, we probably would have loved this place. But having played with our palates, plus now living where we can go on winery tours whenever we want, it was a bit disappointing. I didn't expect a bunch of Keys wines, but I did expect that they would have a selection of things that I wouldn't be able to find in any decent liquor store in the country. And paying $3 for tastings? No...not for a sampling of several wines...a "tasting" is any one wine of your choice. Or $8 (or whatever) for the glass. That's not just cheap, it's gauche. We made the best of it by ordering two exceptionally ordinary glasses of wine and sitting on the front porch, watching the newbie tourists (and the low-life tourists) go by while the sun sank a little lower in the warm afternoon sky. And then we went back to the cottage and The Gal cooked mussels and served it with our own damn wine. And it was better. read more

No. no, no, no, no. We wondered here to get a bottle of wine. There was a man and woman working, neither of whom paid the least bit attention to us, even as we were trying to buy wine. I was going to just walk out, but then thought no... I'm not going to let them win. So I pressed the issue and finally got a couple of overpriced glasses of wine. They did not like anyone not a local. So the Italian red wine comes out at about 40 degrees.... fail... just fail. We sit outside and try to warm it up. The lady working there reaches over me for something... no excuse me, no acknowledgement at all. Normally I'd recommend not going to a place I give a 1-star... but please if you're visiting the area, go stop in and make sure you get a glass... it will piss them off! read more

This is the place to go if you want to pay $25 for $8 worth of wine. Price levels are ridicolous, 2-3 x mark up from any other place in the U.S. The bar seems nice but a decent priced liqor store it isn't. read more

My wife and I stopped by on our first evening in Key West. The bartender (Tim I think?) treated us like old friends. I admitted that I was not a wine snob, but he did not judge. He and I discussed his choice of music, which crossed over with a lot of our favorites. The front porch provides a great, relaxing spot to watch the people go by on Duval. Every evening of our trip, We ended up stopping by Grand Vin to start the night where we felt very relaxed before heading to the more intense party spots a few blocks away on Duval. We will be back soon! read more
