It can be swamped and relatively slow to get food if a ferry has just docked, so be patient, the huge staff is working as fast as they can. The inside seating is tight, but most locals take their food and drinks to go. The patio is mostly covered and can seat a lot of tourists like us. The Ferry riders also take to go if leaving and eat here if returning from the Vineyard and not taking the shuttle back to the huge parking lots in Falmouth right away. No matter what time of day we are in town, I have always ordered the same thing in recent years since it was added to the menu. I have never seen an egg, bacon and cheese sandwich served on a freshly baked popover anywhere else. I love popovers and always order when I find one in a unique version. My husband orders with more variety and he gets coffee and I get iced tea. If our stay is longer than this one, we also love taking out their freshly baked pastries. Every single staff member has always been helpful and courteous. You could never wish for anything more in this town, for these sorts of meals.
