Came here a couple times during my trip to Woods Hole. Happy hour on a Tuesday was really good, service was great and appetizers were good. Had my first Quahog and I think it must have been sitting for a bit, didn't have much flavor. The mini lobster roll was good and good chucks of meat. The second time, orders Fish and Chips to go(not pictured), was really crispy and tasteful.

Very nice place to have drinks and a bite to eat as you wait for a bus or fairy. Basic friendly service for locals.

However, as soon as we were sat at a table, our server (wish I got his name) was very nice and our food arrived very quickly. The lobster bisque was delicious! Great location for souvenir shopping in the area as well!

It doesn't need to be fancy, or stuffy, or absurd. To be honest, we've had a pretty rough year or two. Lots of stress and tension and just...advanced adulting, you know? The stuff you didn't sign up for. Anyway, we ended up here on a cool May weeknight a couple weeks ago and this meal genuinely turned it all around for both of us. I could feel that all that weight melting away. We were present and enjoying the moment and each other. We were both...happy. Looking back now just a little later, we both are more relaxed and living easier again, like we used to be. The sushi here is fantastic, especially the Crystal Roll. The cocktails are great. Unfortunately I forget the name of the one I had (twice). Our server was friendly and approachable and quick to laugh and chat with us. We can't really afford for this place to become a regular spot, but we've already been back. Whoops. The outdoor area on a nice day is highly recommended. Yes, it's busy. Rightfully so. Both times we were seated within 2 minutes. Maybe I'm hitting that age where I start thinking about my impact on the world and making a difference and all of that...but meals like this make me wish I could open a restaurant to impact people in the way we felt the other night. Highly recommended, obviously.

The menu is complete with starters (very generous portions), soups, salads, entrees ... so much to select from. We shared the pretzel with queso and the potato skins. Two of us had salads (very fresh and tasty). And the other person in our party chose the cheeseburger with onion rings. Service was amazing. We almost forgot it was the beginning of a holiday weekend. I highly recommend this restaurant. Specifically, this location. My experience definitely deserves more than five stars.

Although there was a short wait to be seated, it was less than three minutes, and we were quickly shown to a cozy corner table tucked away from the pub and the main dining area. Our waitress greeted us warmly and took our drink orders. I ordered a Blue Moon, while my wife tried their version of a margarita. The beer was enjoyable, but my wife was not a fan of her drink, as it lacked the traditional margarita flavor she was expecting. For dinner, I decided to try something new and ordered the traditional Reuben sandwich. The bread was nicely grilled, and although I am not usually a fan of pickled vegetables, the sauerkraut was actually quite good. Overall, the sandwich was enjoyable, though I felt it could have used a bit more corned beef. My wife ordered the chicken fajitas, but unfortunately, they were disappointing. The chicken was dry, and the dish overall missed the mark. As we were leaving, her final comment summed up the experience: "We probably would have had a better meal at the 99." While parts of the meal were enjoyable, the overall experience did not quite live up to our expectations after such a long time away.
