They have a photo developing area that I have never used so I can't speak of it. We do use the pharmacy for monthly prescriptions and if you go into the store, you get MUCH better service than if you pull into the double drive thru. today I had to pick up 2 scripts for my wife. I pressed the call buttan as there was no one at the window - I was the only one in line too. The girl inside told me she'd be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later she came to the window and sold me my meds. 10 minutes! WOW- way too long, and by the time I got my meds, there were 3 card behind me. The drive thru service leaves a LOT to be desired, but if you don't mind running inside, you'll get your script(s) filled much faster!

The supply issue was part of the game today because several stores were short on at least one item; the program does the update in the recalculaation by store, not me, fortunately. Well, to close out this week's marathon, the Walgreen's store on Gunn and Anderson had all of my items and reported it "ready for pick-up" in under 10 minutes. I drove right out so I would miss today's anticipated storms and was greated by one of the most personable, professional staff I have met yet. They carry a little bit of everything, from ailment curing drugs to cosmetics, shampoos, soaps, food, household goods etc. This is my neighborhood Wg, and it's usually pretty quiet, especially since Wallyworld is close by. The employees need massive customer service training. You can tell each employee hates their job. Especially the pharmacy. I just recently was forced by my insurance to switch my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens and this location was clearly a mistake. this pharmacy didn't even want to fill a script I called at 2pm about. I wasn't greeted, I was almost given a wrong script, there were prescriptions stacked on the floor, and it looked like a mess. The pharmacist had a really really bad attitude. Really bad. They told me I would have to wait 24 hours even when I told them I was going out of town. CVS politely filled the prescription in 20 min- no questions, no attitude, no laziness and apologized that they couldn't get the insurance discount, but would call and fax Walgreens since they didn't do it on their end.
