I had just gotten out of the hospital a few days prior, and had been suffering from a serious bout of depression. I, embarrassingly, hadn't washed my hair in quite awhile. I felt gross walking around in public, even though I had a hat on. I looked up on my phone hair salons and came across this one (because I thought this was a nail salon lol) so I called in and asked if I could come in for just a hair wash. I said that my water was turned off, because I couldn't bring myself to admit that I had no excuse for such dirty hair. I was so embarrassed and humiliated, but when I came in, the woman (I wish I could remember her name) washed my hair with no judgment present. She talked to me and asked me about my day and if I had found anything good to buy at any of the shops. It was the most wonderful experience. It was so kind and genuine. When the wash was over, I was told I didn't have to pay. I want to thank you all for what you did for me this day. Your kindness outshone any badness in the world that day. Thank you. I apologize for lying about my water being turned off also, because I feel like that should be said. Im leaving this review though, so the people out there can understand and know how wonderful the people working here are. Thank you.
