I don't know if this happened due to a lack of therapist training or a procedural failure. In either case, my consent form clearly wasn't reviewed in advance. I have attempted to resolve this issue privately with the studio by submitting feedback through their Listen360 survey (which I assume is not anonymous because it collects my initials).
