I arrived almost at the end of their office hour and I ask if they could have a look at my eye. One optometrist in the office said she had finished her work and refused to see me. It is understandable for her not willing to work overtime, but somehow surprised by her lack of sympathy. Fortunately, the receptionist Referred me to see Kit Guan & Associates, which is about 3 minutes drive from my former Optometry. The receptionist is always very friendly and nice.
