They have been very difficult to get a hold of over the phone, and have been late and missed scheduled appointments. They have been disorganized and inefficient in the installation. It took them many, many months to get the work completed. To their credit, the actual quality of the installation seems ok, and the building inspector gave the installation a passing grade once it was complete; however, there are many other HVAC contractors in the area, and I would definitely go with one of them if I got a re-do. If you do go with DSB, do not pay more than half of the price until the equipment is fully installed and operational. If I need any warranty work done in the future, I will request that the furnace vendor find me a different contractor, as the experience of working "with" DSB was completely unacceptable.

There were only 7 reviews on Yelp for Haisma at the time but after reading through each of the reviews, I felt confident the reviews were genuine and decided to give it a go. I'm so glad I did. The two technicians who came to the house were super professional and pleasantly personable. They worked collaboratively and took their time to troubleshoot the problem I was having with my furnace. I find that service companies often times will try to upsell the problem and replace components and parts that don't necessarily need to be replaced. Both technicians were extremely honest and did an excellent job communicating the potential issues with my furnace. They ultimately determined that a tune up of the furnace would be the best solution to address the problem for the time being; and if it continued to act up, they would come back to replace parts, as needed. I'm glad to have found Haisma and will turn to them for all my future HVAC needs. I will also be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you!

Plastic was to be layed in the basement where they were working and ended up tracking oil all over the floor. Some kind of grease or oil was spilled in the driveway. I contacted them two days after the work. It took a while for them to get back with me. The dispatch team was too busy or they would set up an appt, not show, and sometimes reschedule. I had to keep calling and making a longer story short they finally came out two months later. They cleaned the spots with cleaner that didn't work so I bought something to try myself. I worked at it and got about half the stain off but still bad. The stain was baked in by the sun by this time. It was on them to clean. I'm 73 female and this is ridiculous. Their customer service has a lot of room for improvement!

Well, apparently that isn't the case - they just cancelled an afternoon appointment on me first thing this morning. Keep in mind that I had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance - nothing crazy, just a water heater inspection + flush, but an opportunity to build a relationship and offer recommendations which leads to additional services. They at least offered to reschedule for a later day in the week -BUT- with little regard for the fact that I took time away from my busy schedule to have a set appointment. Needless to say that I won't be using their services (nor recommending them). Don't get stuck like me, take a day off of work to accommodate, and have them cancel last minute!
