I called a second blinds store and their repair guy said the minimum charge was $95 and had to be paid regardless of whether he could fix the string. I then went to Southern Blinds. An absolute breath of fresh air. Smiles and friendly greetings upon entering. The gentleman who looked at my blinds said, "easy repair, can you wait 15 mins." They charged me $20 to get the string back in place. I LOVE THIS PLACE. When I need new blinds, Southern Blinds of Jupiter on Cypress Drive is the only place I will call. BTW, they DO still make my blinds -- they were on display at Southern Blinds and I also saw them at Home Depot and Lowe's yesterday.

We are so disappointed in Chris and this company. We ordered roller shades for 16 windows and 2…read moresliding glass doors. The ordering process was smooth and deliver was quick...we were pleased, at first. However, when they came to install, they did not have the valance material for 6 of the windows and the 2 sliding glass doors. They installed what they could, with a promise to order the correct valance material and come to install when received. What was installed looks and works great. But, we have been waiting *10 months* for the valance material. We have called, emailed, and texted. At first, Chris said the factory was behind because of Covid (totally understandable!!). Then we were told the material was in and the installers would come on a certain date....but never came. We rescheduled multiple times. One time, Chris even told me they would be to my house in 45 minutes. I'm still waiting, 6 weeks later. We have left multiple messages and texts...Chris doesn't even answer my calls anymore nor does he call or text back. I have left messages offering to come pick up the valance material....saying we will figure out how to install it ourselves....to no avail. Chris totally ignores my calls. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. Do Not Use The Blind Shack
