Ours was a significant order too, but we felt fortunate to get our home remodel project in. They did an excellent job, demonstrating an eye for detail in every door. The CVG fir can be challenging, and we chose a clear conversion varnish, so every detail did matter. Called Door Works, made an appointment with a short lead time, and they sent their tech, Elliot out to help us. Elliot was great, he knew exactly what to do to fix the issues, as well as suggested some other preventative items such as moving the door bumpers off the top hinge. He also noticed our original builder had used wimpy little screws, and replaced them with the proper length. Even sprayed that silicone stuff on a couple of squeaky doors. We're super-happy with the results! The work was first-rate, our issues were solved, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

CZ Becker refinished our floor some years ago including our maple kitchen floors…read more The kitchen floors absorb water like a sponge and are swelling and opening up. CZ Becker has conveniently disappeared for us. I can called, emailed and texted. From various phones, no response. In addition to using the wrong finish in the kitchen they slopped wood finish on all the 1/4 rounds throughout. Avoid CZ Becker! They don't know what they are doing and they certainly don't stand behind their work.
