Not a small job, and an emergency one, because she LOVED running around the neighbors' yards. Lucian and his Dad braved the elements on extremely short notice, and built an entire new fence (mostly in the rain) for a great price. They gave me lots of upgrades, like unknotted wood, and thicker footers, and were incredibly fast and efficient. Its beautiful. That should have been enough, but - no - then my about six months later my back neighbors got their own Bernadoodle puppy, and the two dogs decided they didn't want a fence, so my pitty figured out how to pound her head against the boards until they bowed, then get her jaws on the wood, and tear through it. Lucian agreed that metal roof panels attached to the back fence would probably work (either that or an electric cattle fence), so he and his son came back out with the panels, cut them to fit, and spent a day attaching them, which - it turns out - is not as easy as it sounds. Again, quick service and excellent value. This family business, NW Modern, is fantastic, and I highly recommend them. And yes - it appears the metal roof panels are working!

The owner personally reached out to me--even while overseas--to listen to my concerns and make things right. Both he and the project manager communicated clearly and professionally the second time around, and they addressed all of the issues I raised within a week. The craftsmanship was corrected, the cleanup concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated their willingness to own the missteps and follow through quickly. Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. I'm happy to give them a full five stars for the way they resolved everything.

The entire job took three days which was fantastic considering it was four different households whose fences were affected. I manage an apartment building and we used T&C to make fencing gate improvements. The install work…read moredidn't go smoothly, took about twice as long as estimated. The onsite workers gave out confidential information to unauthorized people. Once the project was complete, the product has broken repeatedly and contacting a human to arrange for repair has been a nightmare. Ultimately the company told us to find another vendor to fix their work which we will have to pay for out of warranty. Not a good experience.

Gate looked good until I opened it and realized it was not installed correctly and would not close…read morecorrectly. Also noticed that after two days the locking mechanism was rusting in multiple area's. Called my sales guy and did not hear back from months. When they came out to fix it the guy basically wanted to argue that the new powder coated lock would rust like the other but replaced it anyway...although both parts to it were crooked. They did fix the portion to make it close appropriately which is great. Was a bummer that is was like pulling teeth to have the warranty work done after it was installed incorrectly. Salesman really seemed to question my integrity about the situation until I sent him pics. Love the gate now just wished I had a better experience working with this company.
