Bathroom Surface Solutions was the second company and refinishedthe sink, but in less than a year it began pealing around the drain. They came back and touched it up. We were told, at the second visit, we need to provide our own sealer to keep water from penetrating between the new material and the original metal around the drain. I tried that but it does not last. I do not recommend this company. Although they may be able to do some jobs, they failed miserably at a bathroom sink.

We had a small flood in our kitchen and staff from the restoration firm we hired cut numerous and excessively large holes in the base supports of our cabinets. In many places, these spanned cabinet joints and left the cabinets without proper support. We also had a cabinet door damaged during the process - a broken hinge for which no replacement parts were available still. We had other cabinet doors knocked out of alignment. Trying to find a firm to fix these, replace the kickplates/trim, etc. that were left by the restoration company was difficult. It was a relatively small job. Ervin was one of only 2 companies that responded and was willing to take on our small job. Not only did Top Refinish respond immediately, they sent out an estimator promptly. Ervin and his employees are all great communicators. Everything was very professional and their costs are reasonable given their expertise. Give them a call for a bid. You'll be glad you did.

The owner stated that only one painter, among the 10 or so that he employed, was trained to spray the exterior of our three-story house, and this painter was leaving the company. But rather than postpone our project while another painter was trained to, uh, paint, Final Touch simply canceled. Now we have to start all over again finding a reputable painting contractor who can fit us in during the busiest season of the year. What a frustrating waste of time.

Never use this company! Commercial is deceiving, the person who came to my house to do the actual…read morework was not professional looking at all. If my husband wouldn't have been home I wouldn't have let him in. He wore dirty clothes and walked around in dirty socks with huge holes. I doubt he showered before he came out and sweated the entire time. Every time I went to check on him, he was on his phone with either his granddaughter or changing the music he was listening to. Jim had done the quote for both of our tile bathrooms and for new caulking in the shower. The worker spent more time trying to talk me out of the caulking and saying wanted to set up grout work with another company he knew. A three hour job turned into 6 hours, we never say the worker bring in any equipment to 'steam clean' with and when I asked he said they only give me these yellow rags and product. When I asked him about their cleaning product that Jim had mentioned, he told me to just buy some hydrogen peroxide and mix it with some dish soap as that is pretty much what the cleaner is. I highly doubt that he did much of anything. I was so disappointed with the service that i didn't want them back in our house even to look at the crap work but after 11 months and our tile shower looking poorly I finally called and asked them to come out. Warranty...what a joke! The estimator that came out was happy to tell me that they don't warranty caulking but would happily send me a quote for redoing the job for $125 "even though it shouldn't look that way in less than a year" was his comment. He also conveniently didn't have their wonderful product to clean with to see if it would help any, but more than happy to ship me a bottle for $30.
