Alexander Floors had the best price, and unlike the snake oil salesman that most other flooring companies will send for an estimate, he was very honest and up front about everything we needed to know and anticipate, he estimated the job would take about 2-3 days. 4 days later they received the wood that we ordered, they called us to setup a delivery time, and the next day they began working, And as promised, the job was completed in exactly 2 days time. They did a beautiful job, the guys they had working on this were very courteous and professional, and were very meticulous with their work. They moved the furniture as needed, and when the job was done, they vacuumed and washed the floor and put all the furniture back in place. I could hardly imagine a better experience than this. We are very grateful to Alexander floors for a great job, and superb customer service, and we highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good experience with a flooring company.

We just want everyone to know what a great job they did and how impressed we are with how earnest and hard-working everyone on their team is. Special kudos to Jose and Martin, the team leaders. Their pricing is competitive. The floorers and painters worked harder than we have seen in many, many years to make sure the project finished on schedule. And their attention to detail (picking up on a lot of things we hadn't even noticed) can't be beat. They made suggestions for improvements, which made the result so much more impressive than if they had only done what we originally asked. They also suggested things that could be done differently to save us money. They did most of the heavy-lifting since we are seniors. Special thanks to Ivan, the project manager. He took what could have been a laborious project for us and made it manageable. 5 out of 5 stars!

We pulled the carpet off of the staircases and found old bleached and worn out solid wood underneath. This company came and did such a professional and beautiful job on the staircases on the main floor that we had them refurbish the staircase on the lower level of our home. They taped up all of the openings to other rooms to confine the dust, swept and cleaned up after their work and best of all they specialize in matching stains... Custom match. They are contracted by builders and developers to custom stain wood work in home renovations and building projects. We wanted a Royal Oak colored stain on our stairs to match the wood flooring across the foyer in our formal dining area. Three sample colors were provided to us. We selected the color we liked the best and all is history! They even left some of the custom stain for us for future touchups, if needed. After the job was finished they educated us on the care of our new flooring. Anything you want to know about wood or laminate flooring I would highly recommend this company. Their prices are fair. They are honest humble folks and they really aim to please the customer. We have another big job coming up. We will be replacing 800 ft.² of wood flooring. What stood out to us was that they could manage all the different pieces of the project under one roof. Their Alpharetta showroom was especially helpful because we could see the products and finishes we were considering, rather than making decisions from photographs or samples alone. We also benefited from having different specialists involved in the project--design, color, lighting, and procurement--as well as the people managing and performing the actual construction. Everyone assigned to our home was professional, and we were very pleased with the craftsmanship. We had a fairly tight schedule for a project of this size, and they did a very good job keeping things moving and getting the work completed. They weren't our cheapest option, but they were competitive, and after seeing the finished work, we're comfortable that we received good value for what we spent. We'd definitely include Bath & Kitchen Galleria on the short list for anyone considering a major remodel.
