It is now 4/2/2026 and no word from them about this part. In addition when i picked up my car, the inside of my car with sports/leather interior was completely dirty. So they worked on outside damage but then damaged the inside of my car. Horrible service. I would highly NOT recommend this auto body shop.

Out of respect for my friend, I persevered and set up appointment. However, he was a no-show. My attempts to contact him was net by complete radio silence. My friend went to bat for him again and said it was just "chance", so I set up final appointment. This guy shows up 35 minutes late and has gall to act like he did nothing wrong and that something was wrong with me for getting upset at him for being late. I'm done with this guy. By the way, I saw results of his work on my friends cars and it was just "ok". Good luck to anyone trying to use this guy.

What I dislike about his service is that some small bubbles that were supposed to "evaporate" are still there 3 weeks later. Also, he kept wetting my seats and dash with a soapy water mixture. I asked if he's going to wipe the seats off, and he replied, "it's not real leather, it will dry." Yes, it's a Prius, I know it's not real leather, but what does that change? (I'm not talking about small water droplets). The result was water/soap marks on the dash and seats that wouldn't come out without re wetting the seats and dash, that frustrated me because I washed and cleaned the car that same day before calling him, and he didn't even attempt to clean up.

The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is that two weeks ago, my car developed an oil leak; I stopped by several places, but the responses I received were all completely baffling. Finally, I dropped by this shop while passing through the area.
