Where the radio has a Mind of its own lol literally and changes the radio, calls random people and it mutes your call etc. supposedly there is no current recall bla bla bla..... Anyway the hubby brought my car to this location and had them install a new touch screen ,that was bought elsewhere. We just walked in no problem.... It Was done fast, no issues. Great work awesome service. We also had our cars glass tinted here a couple of years back. No problems. Next we need to come back for some dash camera installations. I decided it was time for me to get a dashcam for my car. I watch a lot of those dashcam footage videos on YouTube so I decided to walk in here and buy and have them install a dashcam. They installed an Alpine 1080p front and rear dashcam setup. The install took about an hour and they were able to fit me in on a weekday afternoon during my break. The first install didn't go too well because it wouldn't power on when my engine was off. I took it back and they solved the issue no problem. It has almost been a year and has been working with zero issues. The cameras they suggested aren't the greatest in my opinion. I'd say do some research before coming in here. read more

My speakers also needed to be replaced so I came back the next day and he replaced them with really good quality ones. When installing my new speakers, Sean was also such a great guy for telling me that my window somehow was loose and it was ready to fall off so he fixed it w/no extra charge. I ended up going out on a limb to this shop for tint since the better tint shop (made in the shade) a quarter mile away was backed up with clients. I ended up being charged about $70 more for my car because the lifetime warranty they include. So I left my car and they went through with it. They had the car done in a timely manner like they said. However once I got back to my car they tried telling me my driver side door handle doesnt open from the inside. I told them no it does and its worked for me no problem before I dropped it off. Turns out they snapped the plastic piece on my driver door handle while installing the tint and they just tried to say it was already like that. This is a real disappointment as the tint looks good. But the integrity of the shop is questionable. They take no responsibility. Wish I read some reviews sooner and just waited for the better shop. So the initial $70 surcharge turned into another $75 so far for a new interior door handle assembly I had to purchase to fix their neglegence. USE THIS SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! read more

Came in to get an estimate to have a GPS and back up camera installed on my daughter's car. Jason was patient and polite and answered all of my questions. The day of the install when we picked the car up, Jason took the time to walk through all of the features of the GPS. About two years ago right before father's day i got my dad's car a Kenwood bluetooth radio and he was so excited for it, every trip he took and every drive he made sure to connect it. It was a big purchase i made for him because in his old dinky 2007 ford focus he just had a single disc player and 5 stations for 13 years. Before he got the radio he would bring a speaker on long trips and play music from his iPod the whole ride, My dad unfortunately passed away December 25th 2020 but he got to enjoy this radio every day up until then and i always remember the look on his face when he got in the car and saw it. Thank you to Jason for informing me about pricing over the phone and being super friendly to me and my mom when we were at the shop the whole time. We were able to relax on the couches during installation. I was just 17 when i came into this shop to get my dad a radio but when i turned 18 i got the windows tinted on that same car and now i drive it every day. Tinting was also super easy. I called and asked about availability, and i was told they had a really big job that day that they'd be working on intermittently but they got to my tint as soon as they could and my car looked immaculate once they were done. The attention to detail was great and there's been no lifting, bubbling, or trouble with the tint. For reference: i got the cheapest possible tint and i had no factory tint previously. I also got the legal limit on front and back, but i do recommend a higher quality tint for anyone with leather interiors or even if you just have that budget, it's most likely the better investment. I brought my SUV, 2018 Ford Explorer to get tinted about 1 year ago. Quality of the film used is great, but craftsmanship of how it was installed was subpar. Many visible errors in the cuts of the tint, the top of the tint where the glass' edge is at and tint meet are done incorrectly, 2nd row windows also have this issue and even visible gaps in the edges. I personally would not recommend this place as the install was not to my standards.
