Missing pieces of our car not put back on. These pretty much superseded any work that was done. I was at work for 4 days so didn't see this till I returned home. When I contacted them on Yelp and thru their number they ignored me and did not respond. As well as when we picked up the car I made an appt to have my truck windshield done and when I showed up for my appointment no one was even there. I called them and NO ANSWER and then got a text saying what can we help you with?, and I said I am here for my appt and they said they closed the shop last week and now are in SanDimas and do mobile tint. So I said that's pretty shtty you didn't call me. Just let me drive all the way there. Didn't want to have to give this bad of a review but after complete disaster from them and then not responding, leaving me in the lurch and then saying they could see about mobile tinting my truck then not hearing from them again. 2 stars is what this interaction has warranted.

Got an appointment at 10am to get my rear window tint removed and install a new one. The price is very reasonable but didn't finish until 11:47am, almost 2 hours.. Communicate is poor when checking in on how long it takes. To be fair, I should have asked too instead of assuming. I would recommend dropping it off and getting it later. I wish I did that myself, the tint came out nice though. read more

They did a great job with my Honda Civic. The ceramic tint they put on my car greatly reduces the amount of heat that goes into my car. Also, the privacy is much better. Price wise, they were one of the most affordable around. I checked 3 other shops around town and they are definitely competitive. I'd highly recommend this place for great affordable tint. read more

I came here to tint my dads 2012 Honda Civic from a Facebook ad that says $189 for the tint. I called the the get an appointment and with the front windshield I was quoted $250 for a carbon tint and got an appointment the next day. When I arrived, they tried to price bump the same carbon tint from $250 to $350. If you are going to do business with this place, make sure you got the pricing in text. Beware. To reply to business owner who replied to my review; Front desk guy called the owner for the price match, owner refused. And then I to talk to owner and explained the situation and gave you the hour I first called to get a price so owner can find the person whom gave me the price, owner still refused. When I gave up and was leaving the business because of the price bump, owner sent the front desk guy to say she will do the price match at this point I refused. You give false price to bring people in and price bump them when they came for their appointment and refuse to do price match from the beginning, how can I trust this business after? For the ceramic tint,I was considering to do my dad's civic and my Tesla Y and ask for quote. I was told by the front desk it will be $100 extra. However, after the price bump, it would come up to $450 instead of $350 with the original quote I got before the price bump. read more

Took my car here today it turned out amazing! The service was very professional and was done in a very timely manner! Took about 90 minutes, I just walked down the street and went to Volcanoes burger spot to kill some time! I did my research and they were the best price I found in all of Orange County for Llumar Tint. They also offer protection plan if you get a fix a ticket they'll remove the tint and put it back on! I definitely added it to my tint package because I've gotten pulled over before!! I will definitely bring my next vehicle here. Thanks again for the quick service!! read more

Okay service. My interior in the rear was damaged by worker...inside my interior is mint now there are blade cuts and on my rear wood grain panels. Workers needs to be careful and treat customers cars with respect...they left shoes marks on my mint tan interior and door panels. Common sense clean up your dirty mess...Not professional read more

My new car battery was drained on install by leaving the car on, and was not notified until arrival (30 mile drive for me). Missed important appointments the next day due to car battery needing to be charged overnight and not being able to pickup on time. No compensation or discount was offered due to the extra round trips, gas, hassle, and my new battery being compromised. I would have expected a small discount or reimbursement for the hassle, but none was offered when I asked. read more

Marci was very responsive! She gave me a quote super fast, and she answered all my questions right away. Price was very reasonable. I made an appointment at 9:00 in the morning, and I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and very nice atmosphere of the shop. Free WiFI is a plus. Emily from the front desk was very helpful! There was a coffee shop nearby where my wife and I went while waiting. By the time we get back the car was almost ready! I went with Llumar IRX ceramic tint on my side, moon roof, and back windows. I also had them do my windshield with AIR Clear 80. I am very pleased with the way it turned out! I was given thorough instructions on the do's and don'ts while the adhesive is curing for a few days. Upon arrival it was easy to locate and I was greeted by the front desk who was super sweet and helpful when it came to picking out what level of tint I wanted. There is a comfortable waiting area and snacks available for guests which was a nice touch. I was in and out within 2 hours and fell in love with my car even more.
