Trudel had a great option of grouted vinyl that looked like wood feel ceramic tile. The installers were great but the grout kept separating. There were instant holes in the grout and the installers explained that was very odd and there must be something wrong with the grout because they tried to fix it and it wasn't working. I didn't have any issue with them figuring out what was wrong and coming back to fix it. I had to follow up because they never contacted us about coming back. They said they hd to send the grout back to the vendor and get a replacement with them. No biggie. Months went by with no response. I emailed and they said they'd call to schedule something when they weren't busy this particular week. No call. COVID happened and I didn't want anyone in our house so I didn't force the issue. Sent them emails again and nobody follows up or agreed to come out yet. They just reply with questions that I answer and then they stop responding. It has now been about 3 years since my floor was installed and they have yet to do anything. We paid them $4,000 for our floors on a tight budget and what we got installed looks like I could have done it. I'm very sad to leave this review but maybe this will prompt them to actually reply to my emails and come finish the job I paid them for.

The owner Bernie, told me where to go on his website and to pick carpet and vinyl flooring. I did and called and left a message with the receptionist with my two choices. I was never contacted about when things would be installed. I always had to call them and cross my fingers that they had information for me. After calling them, I found out that the vinyl floor and carpet was to be installed on 1/5/22. I sent my stepsister to the house to check the vinyl flooring and carpet on 1/6/22. She sent me pics. It was not the flooring I picked out and the carpet was not in. On 1/7/22, I called the store and talked to Bernie about the floor not being the one I picked out and the carpet not being installed yet. He told me insurance said the floor I picked was "too expensive". So Bernie took it upon himself without even notifying me to pick entirely different flooring himself. Who does that?! He didn't know what my plans for the house were. I also mentioned to him that there has been no communication to let me know when work is being done. Bernie told me that the house is unoccupied and it didn't really matter. I have a right to know who is entering my house and when. What if I was having other work done that day? The next day the carpet was installed. I went to the house on 1/10/22 to inspect the flooring. There was no vinyl flooring installed under the washer and dryer. I called Bernie on 1/11/22 and asked why it was not installed. He said he would have to ask the installer and he would call me the next morning. 3 days pass with no call. I went back to the house on 1/15/22 and also noticed the floor had ripples. I called the store again. The receptionist told me that he was unavailable and took a message to call me back. I did not hear back from him. Later that evening, I sent him an e-mail with pictures. He tried giving me some BS excuse about insurance not covering to install under the washer and dryer when they covered it being installed under the refrigerator and stove (washer and dryer are also in the kitchen). That Monday morning, I called State Farm and requested the check be sent to me payable to my father's estate until the issues were resolved. Which is how it usually would work anyways. I had previously asked insurance to pay the companies directly because accounts for the estate had not been set up yet, but that was no longer an issue Later that day, I got a call from the receptionist that they would be going to the house on either that Tuesday or Wednesday. I asked to be informed when they knew. I never received that call or a call that the job was completed. After Bernie realized the check was mailed to me and not him, he finally called me and "communicate". He called and left vm's on 1/3/22 and on 1/7/22. On the 1/7 vm, he tried threatening me with legal action. A couple of hours later, he called me to state that he had received the check I sent. No apology from him. The lack of communication and the disrespect as a customer that I received was very unprofessional. Do not do business with this store unless you like being stressed out and blown off.
