I will start by saying I won't be able to say enough good things about Chris and his crew in this review. As a customer it ultimately comes down to the quality of the outcome of the services requested and the price of the project.
From the beginning, I did my due diligence and got a few quotes from a handful of landscaping companies selected primarily based on word of mouth from various social sites. Chris' estimate was not only one the most competitive, I got the best vibes from him in the initial walkthrough, everything from checking off some prerequisites (licensed/insured) to his ideas and visions of the project that I'd assume came from his schooling background in landscape design/architecture.
The project, which was a complete front yard overhaul (was initially just very lumpy mounds of uneven dying grass with a massive tree root system underground), went super smooth. I couldn't ever imagine everything that would go into a project like this, and being lucky enough to work from home I was able to get a lot of glimpses into the daily grind that Chris and his top notch crew went through, and I loved being able to just shoot the sh** with him and ask questions about different parts of the project and process. He and his crew did everything from the entire design, working with the city to locate underground water/gas lines, demolition, concrete walls/slabs, irrigation, to all landscaping aspects and. There were some minor setbacks due to weather but with the prep work that was done to guard everything from the rain, it was picked up as if nothing had happened. To be honest I was a little bummed when the project wrapped up because Chris had made the whole experience so fulfilling.
TLDR:
Chris doesn't undersell his work. His entire crew is top notch and extremely knowledgeable, most of them family, and he doesn't outsource to subcontractors. The end result will be everything you dreamed of. read more
