Cute lil spot right in downtown Springfield. They roast their own beans in-house, which is rad. The workers are lovely and they carry local products, which is truly appreciated.

The decor of the place is very nice - clean, simple, and lots of gnomes :) The latte's all seemed delicious (and it was). I think i had some seasonal lavender one which was pretty great. I also had their nut bar which was very filling and delicious as well. My partner on the other hand tried their matcha and sadly, we both thought it was sort of lacking. While their espresso based lattes were good, the matcha latte seemed....off. I think the biggest issue is that they dont seem to whisk their matcha - which makes it clumpy as you drink it. This also causes the milk to not mix well with the matcha (and/or water used to whisk). Besides the matcha, everything was pretty great!

Beekeeper with whole milk $7ish after tax but worth it.

I I love supporting local places but we're from out of town. We saw this on the way to our hotel and decided to give it a try! When we walked in the place was so cute and smelled delicious. We had already checked out another local place for breakfast therefore did not try the food offerings but their pastries looked amazing! I got the 20oz Beekeeper with whole milk! It was delicious! I'll get it again if we are ever back in town!

We stopped in before visiting the near by museum, the inside is cozy and has places to sit and enjoy your coffee. We ordered the beekeeper coffee as well as a blueberry cheesecake to split. I picked up some local chapstick made with local honey. There is paid parking along the street.

This place is perfect for a quick coffee pickup on the way to work. They brew multiple varieties of coffee (light or dark, robust or mild) that are available in drip or pour-over serving styles. The coffee is roasted in-house and you can buy a bag of the beans to brew at home. The guy working the counter is super friendly and explained that they plan to put some sidewalk seating outside once the weather turns around. The shop just opened in November, but they've been roasting and serving at the Springfield farmers' market for a while. Sitting smack in the middle of downtown and a nice, quick stroll from the Capitol Building, Custom Cup is a great place to get some delicious caffeine.

They have great coffee and I like to purchase bags of beans to brew our own at home. Friendly staff.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Coffee, great location, awesome atmosphere. I could see myself writing my first novel here.

As good as they say! Friendly service, tasty cold brew and pour over coffee. Totally worth a detour from I-55.

Best coffee that I had in a very long time. Kind and delightful owner. She opened the door for us after closing. My son loved the pastries .

“We had a couple nice cups of coffee (one drip, one pour over), a delicious gluten free muffin and a pound of beans to go.”

I highly recommend coffee here. I got a cortado and it was excellent. If you don't know your…read morecoffees well though, just know cortados are going to be much smaller volume in a bigger sized cup (unless the store specifically has smaller sized cups). My son was holding my coffee and was like, "Mom, they didn't give you a lot of coffee." I had to explain it was how the cortado was suppose to be made and I expected the cup not to be full. Anywho...it was excellent flavor, brewed correctly and the steamed milk did not over power the espresso itself. Very nice cup. Now, I do wish my brain had been functioned correctly because I came in to order bagels for some camp kiddos for breakfast the next day. I asked if they were house made or brought in. As soon as I was told they weren't house made I should have ended my order with the cortado. However, I wasn't thinking and was in a hurry to get back on the road. I ordered 5 bagels, 3 with cream cheese and 2 with butter. I expected to be charged some for cream cheese, but thought butter would be free. It isn't, they charge for it. I didn't know if there would be butter available at the camp the next morning so I just ordered it anyways. I think butter should always be free with bagels/bread/toast/etc. these bagels were like bagels I would buy at Walmart...but instead of paying like $2-$4 (great value or Thomas brands) for 6 bagels. I needed up paying about $4 a bagel! again, wasn't thinking or I would have canceled out the bagels. It wasn't until it would have been awkwardly too late to cancel them bagging them and asking for a refund that I realized how much I had just spent. Then when I saw the bagels, my gut just kind of dropped, cause they were not great quality bagels. But, kids had food the next morning and it wasn't the end of the world. Learned a lesson. They did cut the bagels in half which would have bothered me more if they weren't for kids but again would have been nice for them to ask first as we weren't eating them that day. However, despite the bagels, I'd still recommend trying them out, especially for coffee. They looked like they had some good bakery options, salads looked fresh and full of ingredients, and they had lots and lots on their menu!

Stopped here spontaneously due to being in town for work. Their bakery options look sooo good I…read morewish I could come back and try all. Im not sure exactly the drink I got, but it was cranberry, raspberry and something else. I like the idea of the unique flavored customized energy drink. I was excited when I saw all of the coffee syrup flavors but disappointed when they said they weren't made in house but this was a good quiet place to work for the afternoon. Nice staff also!
