Called back and asked about the difference and am told there's nothing can be done now. No offer to discount price not even a small discount, even though it is their error. I presented them the layout with detailed dimensions and counted on their expertise to calculate how much would be needed. After the install, DOUBLE the amount of tile was left over costing me over $275 plus the extra $115 to have it shipped. My advice is to NOT LET THEM DO THE CALCULATION OF HOW MUCH TILE IS NEEDED and avoid special orders with them.

Our kitchen is at the opposite end of the hall. One of our security cameras recorded one of the two installers going through our kitchen cabinets. The only item removed from one of the cabinets was a prescription bottle, and is clearly seen in the employee's hand at the end of the video. The work quality was good and the counter top looks nice, but this experience was extremely upsetting to me and my wife. I sent the video to N2 Granite and was told the individual was fired.

We ran into a few hick-ups during our install due to us not knowing and our cabinet couch not catching the issues prior to moving forward. Most issues were easily fixed, but a couple of them we will just have to live with. This is because our upper cabinet height was too tall to accommodate the crown we ordered and we now have to rip all of the crown molding to make it thinner so we can install it and still be able to open our cabinets. We also have a taller cabinet for our bar that did not come with predrilled holes for a shelf or any self to place inside. Update: just got off the phone with Nick and he is going above and beyond to make sure that the last few issues we've encountered are fixed.

Some of the items are not sized correctly and they do not tell you that - for example, my spice rack that they sent does not fit into my cabinets. Cabinet Joint is very badly run and will not offer support to the if things go wrong. Over half of my cabinets came with damage (See pictures of examples - there are more than 25 cracks on the cabinets) and the customer has to figure this out themselves. Cabinet Joint is extremely unwilling to help and want to place all the blame on their shipping company. See other reviews who have said the same thing. My cabinets coach is named Joe. He was dismissive, condescending and passive aggressive in handling my situation when the majority of my cabinets arrived damaged.
