Walked in today looking for an immersion blender. Granted that I'm look for something I can use in the lab to simulate larger scale production equipment. The store is a hot mess. Went to make a return wit unopened package and a receipt. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for a manager to come up and look at package and ok return. Both registers were tied up waiting for the manager to ok returns all while others were waiting in line. Then made the mistake to use restroom. It was a disaster and no paper towels When I commented to the lady at the register her answer was that the bathroom was closed ‍. Don't go in shopping late or they will close down the registers and tell you to come back another time! Long story short - I went to get one thing they had in stock but not on the floor - no helpful staff except to confirm they had 12 of what I wanted - I said great, I'll take two and he looked at me and simply said we're closed come back tomorrow. I drove 15 miles in the rain for nothing. The reason for the 3 instead of 1 is the courtesy of the morning employees and their helpfulness to find what I wanted! read more

This location is always clean & well stocked. The employees are so-so, they're not very talkative; more or less, they're just there to work. They have ALOT of things I could easily buy, if money was no object. :) So many kitchen supplies & utensils...I can easily come in here just to look. Prices are very reasonable, too. They have wedding registry, too, which is one of the reasons I shop here. read more

I will never shop BB&B or Overstock again! I ordered online. No indication of local stores being closed. Google still showed 2 in my area open. I rec'd my order which was not at all the colors shown in the online pictures. Tried to return online but found the return cost was almost $13 on a $77 order. So I went to the store only to find it closed. Tried calling the 2nd store that still showed open but no answer. Contacted BB&B, wasted 30 minutes (no exaggeration, 30 minutes!) on their chat, with them asking me the same question over & over (name, email, etc), them trying to upsell me on the rewards program, etc. After holding me hostage for far too long, "Dylan" finally got around to answering my question: no way to return the item without paying the shipping fee which in my case equates to about 17%. I'll be sticking with Amazon & others that provide free shipping both ways. read more

I have a gift card that a friend gave me and I've been trying to go to this store... the online hours are wrong for google and the website.. I drove to this place once when the hours on google said it was still open. It was closed, no one was there. Then today decided to call before I left to make a unnecessary drive because they are closed. I called the number from their website for it to ring a few times and someone did pick it up but hanged up quickly so the call would end. I thought that it must have been a mistake so of course I called again. For it to continuously ring. It's 2023 ... idk how things are not updated with everything being electronic. Plus it makes me mad that someone did pick up the phone but deliberately hangs up really quickly. A "sorry we're about to close" answer would've been Okay I wouldn't be upset. But because someone can't take a 15 second call.. Is really not great customer service. I'm pretty disappointed and hope this gets fixed with the customer service and google hours read more

We have always loved the products and service at this chain...as Tervisaholics, we appreciate being able to find the ones we want and being able to use a 20% off coupon to buy them! But boy oh boy...the main manager at this location is really a horses patootie! He's the most unhappy person I've dealt with in a retail setting in a looooooong time. So I have a clearly broken Tervis (lifetime guarantee) and walk in to exchange it and he's acting like I am trying to rob him blind. I felt a little put off by this but figured he was battling a high return rate or something, so I ignored it. Then I go in and am buying a number of items, no return, no coupon and he's a CRAB! I mean seriously, get a pot of water and some drawn butter!! Does not matter what time of day, what day of the week...if he is there, the attitude in the entire store is different...and not for the better. It's to the point where I will avoid BB&B unless I absolutely MUST go there and then I see if I can wait until I'm near one in another location. It sure would be nice if they changed out the management there...I think they would notice HUGE improvements overall if they did! read more

Items this store offers can be very helpful. I shop at the store locations and am satisfied with in-store shopping. Bed Bath & Beyond+ is NOT WORTH THE MEMBERSHIP FEE!!!!! Beyond Plus Items are often exempt from the free shipping (which lured me to join) AND items that can be found on the regular website CANNOT be found on the Plus+ website. I will not renew my membership as a Plus member when this expires. read more

me and my family came here to do some college shopping we were finally ready to check out and my mom had printed out a coupon but didn't print out the barcode. the cashier, quan, proceeded to tell us that we can step out of line to find the coupon online. as we stood there searching for this coupon. we couldn't find one so we just gave up and went back to quan and looked at the catalogs he has right beside him and there it was. the coupon my mom had tried to print out. we asked him if he knew that was there the whole time and he smartly went mmmhmm. after he stood there and watched us looking like idiots looking for this coupon he knew was in the catalog right beside him. the whole time. Quan was a rude employee who doesn't need to be working retail or with the public. read more

Went to pick up a few things and found almost everything I wanted/needed. An associate was able to order an item I wanted that wasn't available in the store to my home which was no problem. Went to check out and the cashier (Courtney) was absolutely great, very courteous and pleasant. Usually hard to come by these days finding a smiling face which was refreshing. She's a keeper!! This store employees were not helpful. We were looking for an omelet pan and a man wearing a name tag ignored us. A total of three employees walked past without offering any assistance. We found what we were looking for and looked around for 20 minutes. In that time only one young lady offered her help. read more

i went to this location yesterday to pick up some kitchen supplies they really do have a great selection. I tried to make a quick trip but every time i walk in there its always more than a hour. I really want to thank a employee named Tracy, she was the only employee i could find at the front or anywhere for that matter. I really wanted a certain set of cooking pans and she showed me where they was and told me how she had a set and loved hers. She is really friendly and just made me laugh the whole time i was checking out. It don't just feel like your walking into another store employees like Tracy make it a great shopping experience and makes me want to shop at that certain store more. read more
