But, then I tried to print photos at the self-serve photo station, but couldn't upload my images off a flash drive. So I went home and uploaded them through the Snapfish website on my home computer, but the photos weren't ready when I returned to this same Walgreens at the specific pick-up time. I went 45 minutes after the estimated pick-up time but then I had to wait about 30 minutes more, in the store, while the clerk printed the order ahead of mine, then my order. I was nervous enough being in a shop for too long, keeping socially distant and wearing a mask, but to have wait so long was disappointing. I think the photo machine must have bee malfunctioning or something, but the clerk didn't give me updates. Just kept saying, "wait, stand there, it's coming" but it took ages to print a fairly small order. I won't use this Walgreens for Snapfish pick-ups in the future.

Good price on water. Pharmacy was busy. They have self checkout which is easy to Use. Smells kinda bad inside the store, carpet is really dirty and worn. Since then, Walgreens has changed the fill date SIX times. Walgreen's sends an email every couple days informing me that my prescription is being filled and that it will be ready in a couple of days. Latest email today said I would need to wait four more days, unless Walgreen's delays once again. So, best case, two weeks since Walgreen's sent its first auto refill notice' unless Walgreen's delays again. This is a common medication. No one should be jerked around like this. No apologies from Walgreen's. No customer service. Not my first bad experience with Walgreen's pharmacy. I asked CVS just north on Harlem to take over the prescription. CVS filled the prescription in 30 minutes after I asked CVS to call Walgreen's and transfer the prescription.

Far and away the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They tell you prescriptions are ready when…read morethey aren't. They fill prescriptions for the wrong dosage. They fill one prescription but not another and have you come in, only to have to come in again when the next script actually is ready. They fill prescriptions for the wrong dosage, catch their mistake and tell you they will fix it, then have you come back and give you THE EXACT SAME WRONG PRESCRIPTION AS BEFORE. They have not successfully filled a prescription on time and without mistakes for me in 6months. Even after having my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy they send me notices to pick them up there. They are a nightmare to deal with and have not a care for how portly they do their job.
