Far and away the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They tell you prescriptions are ready when they aren't. They fill prescriptions for the wrong dosage. They fill one prescription but not another and have you come in, only to have to come in again when the next script actually is ready. They fill prescriptions for the wrong dosage, catch their mistake and tell you they will fix it, then have you come back and give you THE EXACT SAME WRONG PRESCRIPTION AS BEFORE. They have not successfully filled a prescription on time and without mistakes for me in 6months. Even after having my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy they send me notices to pick them up there. They are a nightmare to deal with and have not a care for how portly they do their job. read more

They lock the doors before 10pm. All I needed to buy was a birthday card. At my jobs we never lock the doors early!!!

Whenever I go into the pharmacy there is a woman there wearing her mask under her nose. I can tell she works hard. However I have seen her there for years. Covid and mask wearing has been a thing for years. Someone in a medical setting should know better. I also needed to get medication for my son. His doctor called it in and when I went to pick it up they said it was never called in. I called the doctor and they said it had so when I went back they told me my insurance does not cover it. Thanks for the wonderful communication and adherence to Covid practices. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This Walgreens is really subpar compared to other locations. On the plus side: The shelves are usually well stocked and organized. There is a private parking lot. However, The staff are almost always completely unavailable or not helpful. The worst part is that there is almost always someone begging for money at the door or in the parking lot. I had a woman attempt to open my car door after I had gotten back in it looking for money, which I found pretty alarming. I still shop here cautiously because it is the most convenient location. read more

Omg tell me why it takes an act of god Just to use the washroom! One employee direct me to the back and tells me to wait by the door and another employee screams in the phone to go to a gas station or a nearby restaurant because it's gonna take a while for her to get back there to open the door for me for the bathroom. Got photo prints done here, but they were very insistent on needing a "release letter" from our wedding photographer, even though I am in the photo we had printed and we own the copyright of all photos. In the end, they accepted a blank contract as proof of copyright ownership, but the whole thing was drawn-out and ridiculous, and the representative at the photo counter was hardly polite about it, either. Especially annoying that Walgreens has my phone number on file for prescriptions and Balance rewards, but they couldn't phone or text me to let me know about this requirement before we arrived to pick it up at 9:00 at night. Overall more frustrating and nonsensical than it needed to be! read more

It took 2 hours to get our first covid vaccine. It was difficult to keep socially distant because the line was barely moving and the stock room was just past the pharmacy so staff kept coming and going. read more

This is my home Walgreens, so I have to defend it lol. No one with a bad attitude has ever stayed at this location for long. So, overall my customer service experiences here have been great. The few bad experiences I've had were few and far between, and I haven't had one in a long while. This has been my Walgreens for over 20 years. I'm super serious about customer service. So if this place was a bust, I wouldn't go even though it is close to home. Not only do I like the location, but I also like the selection here. It's not a super large store, but it's fairly even in what they carry. Some stores have a small make up section or a small toy section, etc. This place has a fair amount of everything (unless you're looking for fresh fruit and such). My only gripe is that they're at times a little slow to open up a second or third register when they're busy. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with both the service and the selection. I actually prefer this location over all of the others in/near the Oak Park area. read more

Walgreens trips aren't the most exciting for me, typically buying bus passes or house hold items but the employees are usually pleasant. However, this store has the absolute WORST management of any Walgreens I've ever been in. The manager I'm speaking of goes by the name Efula (whatever the f*uck type of name that is), A heavily over weight, woman that I'd guess either has very bad gingervitis or very bad grooming habits. She could care less about your issue, and isn't familiar with the term 'customer service' eFOOLa, if you don't like serving customers, why are you in this industry? It was a regular day.... or so I thought! I needed to pick up ointment for various rashy things so stopped at this Walgreens. It was shortly after lunch time. I had to use the facilities so I rushed into a stall in the mens room. As I was rummaging through the trash can I found something startling. With my bare hands I was grasping a pair of martini boxers with Hershey squirts all over them. I was so disgusted I couldn't even finish my sandwhich. I stomped out still clutching the evidence and slammed it right on the front counter and demanded to know from Nick who could have done such a thing. HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. I brought it home and did an autopsy and just as I thought it was mine the whole time, as my name had been sewn onto them under the fudgy mess! While I pick you my prescriptions from CVS....I have found between the two Walgreens is definitely cheaper in most regards. Take advantage of their rewards program though because it really is like free money. The customer service here has always been descent. Not stellar but enough where I don't complain. Also keep an eye out for orange stickers. Those are their clearance items and sometimes I've found some good stuff for cheap. Don't tell'em I told you! read more

Regular old Walgreens. Stopped in while traveling. The store is nothing special, just a normal store. The parking lot is not easy to maneuver around in nor to park in. The access from the streets is difficult as well. All the same, nothing spectacular nor terrible about this Walgreens. read more

This Walgreens has knowledgeable workers who are friendly as well. Pharmacy excellent so far. Beer in stock. Only con that I can see so far is limited parking. read more
