Since then, Walgreens has changed the fill date SIX times. Walgreen's sends an email every couple days informing me that my prescription is being filled and that it will be ready in a couple of days. Latest email today said I would need to wait four more days, unless Walgreen's delays once again. So, best case, two weeks since Walgreen's sent its first auto refill notice' unless Walgreen's delays again. This is a common medication. No one should be jerked around like this. No apologies from Walgreen's. No customer service. Not my first bad experience with Walgreen's pharmacy. I asked CVS just north on Harlem to take over the prescription. CVS filled the prescription in 30 minutes after I asked CVS to call Walgreen's and transfer the prescription.
