Mangia e Bevi's pizze scored a hit with all 4 of us, including my celiac DIL who must eat gluten free. My pistachio pesto pizza with mortadella and arugula was the real deal. It transported me back to Naples with the first bite. We appreciate the special measures they take for those with celiac by cleaning the pizza oven thoroughly to remove any traces of gluten before baking the GF pizza. The GF pasta is cooked in separate water from the regular in order to prevent cross contamination. I sampled her GF Margherita pizza, and found it delicious. A crispy exterior on the crust cradling a soft, pillowy interior contrasted beautifully with the fresh tomato sauce and cheese on the pie. One person went rogue by ordering a pasta with bolognese.
