My family (parents and now me) have been using them for at least 15 years. They replaced the unit in a house my parents were selling. Replaced the unit in their (not so) new house after a few years. Continue to service the later unit. My personal experience with Gee has also found them trustworthy. They keep nursing along the unit in a rental properly that has a slow leak in it. Never try to upsale me, they show up when they say they will, are usually available for service that day if tenant calls and says unit isn't working right. This is a relief to me being too far away to handle things myself.

Another company found the problem of a faulty part which was under warranty, also found that the filter was not the right size and this impeded air flow causing the system to freeze up and pop leaks. They fixed the problem . I furnished Gee with pictures, videos and written explanations but they WOULD NOT honor the warranty . They stated, "How could they trust what had been done?" They offered to send their technician out to inspect the problem. well when it's fixed there isn't a problem. I did not expect a full refund that included labor but did request one that included bad parts. I was told that this is not how to run a business and they could not do that. After being a business owner for 35 years I do know that you need to ALWAYS do the right thing. It's not always economical but you have to keep your integrity. Well this is their business model .... System breaks down (after the installed new 3 years prior), have to go for days with out it working, you are forced to use other, then they won't reimburse even though you have a 10 year warranty and documentation because another company had to do the work. Do not trust when they say they warranty their work!!!…read more First visit was in fall of 2024 and I was told I had a failed compressor. Replaced compressor that was under warranty and it still cost $1700. First start in 2025 and no cooling at all. Was told I had no refrigerant. They said suction valve failed and things "just break" sometimes. Again suction valve was still under warranty and this estimate started with a cost of around $1200, but owner lowered to around $660 after he heard my frustration. Fine I paid and had the suction valve replaced. A month or so later when heat comes in late spring and system is barely cooling. Now I am told I have a failed TH valve. Again service manager calls and says things "just break" and he's doing his best to lower repairs to $1200. Ridiculous! When I called for the initial compressor failure I was just going to put a whole new system in but they convinced me not to because the compressor was still in warranty. Well now they have me up to just under $4000 and the system doesn't work any better. Go elsewhere and don't trust a company that thinks it's ok for things that are under warranty to just "keep breaking" before they finally fix something. AND DON'T TRUST THEIR WARRANTY!!!

We were sent this company by the warranty provider…read more They temporarily fixed an issue but then it needed to be redone and the warranty company sent them out again. They suggested that instead of replacing parts, they could get us a good deal on a new unit. Once installed, we have had to have them come out two more times for the AC and now that its October, found out that the new furnace they installed didn't have the gas line turned on, there was no filter installed and according to a second company, it wasn't installed in a way to even put the filter in. After the AC install, they had been asked 3 times to install insulation on the outside lines, which is the usual method, and have said they did. However, the 2nd company finally did it for us at our expense. Think twice...... in fact, think 5 times, before hiring them.
