I've had issues with Ontrac in the past (the time the driver literally threw a package over our tall courtyard fence in Sacramento? Ah, the memories), and thought that's where they'd stay. It looks like accurate shipping estimates are a thing of the past. ETA: I'm giving an extra star for the quick resolution of this particular incident. Though, given history and other reviews, I might be gun-shy about retaining orders that promise to ship via this carrier.
