My Son recently moved to Springfield MA. And with the winter weather we wanted to get him an all wheel drive vehicle. We chose the Nissan Rogue SV. While I am in California we handled everything over emails and telephone. Cassidy was the sales person whom did a great job Scott Hubble the general sales manager and his team went over board to help us out.. Great Dealership. Highly recommend . Thanks Steve read more

Brought my car there a fee years ago. they told me what the issue was. I paid $1,200 to fix it and had problems with it within 3 days of picking it up. they then told me it would be another 200 for a Diagnosis. This place is a poor shop ran by individuals with nothing to there names. Please take your car anywhere else read more

I had a accident and told curry auto body if the work was over 4-5 k I would not have work done 3 messages 4 depts and including curry auto body in person they lied to me about calling in final amount 10k+++ did the work without my permission. I was 2000 miles away. I didn't sign any paperwork and had already told multiple individuals at curry not to do the work this guy Tony when I came back to get my car and they hadn't called me with anything told me it was his effing car now. And my car was his car and he was going to charge all kinds of fees now I gotta deal with litigation none of this should've happened and it seemed like they wanted to make $30,000 on a 11k car Tony was awful and the whole shop didn't practice any professionalism, there was no communication there was no return and even after direct conversations in person and on the phone trying to avoid and make up stories from this guy at the auto shop I would give zero stars. They broke a lot of laws I was 2000 miles away and no papers even signed. read more

Made an appointment to have my own key fobs programmed. They knew I had my own. The day before my appointment they called and told me they wouldn't do it unless I purchased key fobs from them $500 each! read more

We initially came to this dealership because I was experiencing racism at the other local Nissan dealership, the Apple does not fall far from the tree. The service manager and Steve both lied to me got on the phone and called the other dealership to ask what happened and denied me service. Talking to Steve is like talking to a rock. read more

Curry Nissan - Car Dealers Near Me - Chicopee, Massachusetts

When I entered Curry Nissan in Chicopee with my wife I was met by Courtney. Her energy and professionalism is unmatched. She is very knowable in her field. We found the pricing to be fair and transparent. She took care of our news plates and registering with Massachusetts DMV, which many of us know can be a pain in the rear (tire). Courtney is a host that anyone would want in handling the ins and outs of of purchasing a car. She makes the experience comfortable. She greats you with a smile and leaves you with a smile. read more

April in the service dept is rude, not willing to put the work in with the warranty company nor even just do the work, and I'd pay for it. Their service manager even worse! Drove my car off the lot, to Balise Nissan, no lights or check engine, with what they told me was a COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE. 14k for a new engine replacement is what they were trying to charge me. The kicker it's under warranty! April wasn't willing to deal with it. Thanks Balise Nissan for doing the job others are too lazy to do read more

Well this dealership didn't do anything for me when I brought it for service on a check engine light! They told me cause I have an after market auto start in my vehicle which they solder everything in not just wire nuts or crimping things half fast that I have to remove the auto start? This dealership brings their vehicles to the same place! According to Nissan you can't have an after market auto start in a vehicle which they go it for their own vehicles! So I got a phone call from them saying blah blah blah for me to remove it which there was more codes then they told me! So how many other Nissan products that they won't cover that they had the same company put In auto start for them? Seems like a big run around and I don't care on how many years someone been doing this? Customers satisfaction is the most important thing especially when they pay a lot of money for extended warranty!!! read more

My daughter went in for a routine oil change. Vehicle has 17,000 miles and the lease is up next month. April advised her of all these extras which she didn't know to decline. April must work on commission. She left there paying $338. They even charged her $42 for new wiper blades when hers were perfectly fine. Be careful, they are trying to make as much as they can and will gladly take advantage of a 24 yr old. They put in an in cabin micro filter, an oil additive... none of which is routine nor needed at 17,000 miles. They charged $166 of labor for 45 min of work. read more

Have been bringing my car to Curry Nissan for the past 8 years and have always had great service! Love Steve, Jay, April and Neil!! As the service reps and Service Manager, they have always worked with me to resolve whatever the issue is with my car. Professional crew! read more

I went for a car, and I was taken advantage of...lied to...and treated like I was an idiot.Which is what you are if you go to Curry, that is my experience. NEVER AGAIN!!! Don't go here. read more

Horrible service experience with female service advisor. Raised her voice on phone and argued with me about asking for a shuttle pick-up. Asked about getting a loaner or rental and was never offered one, even though web site says they have available? Stay away...from service department, unacceptable. read more

My husband works right near there and has had our rogue serviced there twice. He has worked with Steve Panto both times. Very professional, courteous and honest. Appreciate when people at a dealership are like that. Most are not. We plan on trading in our rogue this summer and we'll be going there first bc of their great service. read more

Nissan is garbage. Curry is not much better. Spend your money on a Honda or Toyota and you won't get the Nissan runaround. The CVT transmissions on most of the Nissan vehicle have a known problem and once you are out of the warranty period you will be paying about $5k for a new one. Do a web search if you don't believe me. read more

I am a Nissan Customer for 8 years. I went in to the Curry Nissan dealership for the first time to trade in my car and buy another one. The salesman (Dave Vakalis) pushed us away. He showed zero interest in us or the sale. He took our info and slapped numbers at us. He didn't offer a drink. He didn't allow us to look at ANY vehicle. The lack of interest disgusted my wife and I. We both have 750 credit scores and we were treated poorly, as though we were a waste of his time. I DONT recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

The worst of the worst. I used an online site which connected me with these guys and I've been spammed for over a week. I get daily generic emails with broken images from someone named Rygan saying "I haven't heard back from you"... but I've replied many times. I've tweeted asking them to stop. I've reported their emails as spam on Google. Please make it stop! Conversely I went to Country Nissan in Hadley. The rep (Jason) was super helpful, easy to work with, human. They had the best price of half a dozen places on a Nissan Leaf, and made it super easy. They came to my house with car, walked me through it. I only had to go to the dealer for 10m to pick up the car. read more

The service dept. is useless and liars. Made an appt. on Thursday for service Saturday morning. Service called on Friday to confirm appt. and type of vehicle. I usually work on Saturday morning so I cleared my schedule for the morning. Got to the service dept. ahead of appt. time. Someone from service dept. comes out and says they cannot service my Nissan van. The lied and said they called and left a message on Friday. When my wife confirmed appt. on Friday with them they confirmed hers and my cell phone number. Neither of us got a call on Friday. Bottom line, DO NOT trust this service dept. read more

Curry gets the thumbs up. Gave me the best deal I could find for the Pathfinder I picked up this past February. Didn't feel any of the usual pressures people complain about when shopping around for a new vehicle. I've been back a couple times to get a couple squeeks and rattles taken care of and the shuttle service to and from my job in Springfield was appreciated. read more

Great experience. My purchase was handled quickly and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. Thank you to everyone at curry Nissan for their assistance. The salesman David that I worked with was very helpful, as well and Fitz and Matt with financing. read more

I went to Curry Nissan looking to lease a 2015 Rogue. The salesman George B was so pushy that after about 20 min I decided even if I loved the car I wouldn't buy from him. In the middle of my sentence he answered his phone then got up and walked away. I left and a couple days later went to Curry Honda. My salesman there called over to Nissan to confirm the trade in value they had given me at Nissan. Nissan lied and said I didn't even bring my car with me to have it appraised! I obviously brought my car, and parked it right in front of the glass and he took my keys to look at it. Why would I not bring my car that I'm looking to trade in? Horrible experience. I'll never go back there. Ever. read more

Had a great experience with both the manager and the salesclerk Cassidy were very friendly, helpful, and got me a great loan on a new Rogue with less than stellar credit. I had shopped at several dealers before this and found them to be both nice and respectful and extremely patient, explaining the rational for their offer. I would highly recommend them. read more

I must say that this was the worst experience EVER. The salesman I dealt with was polite UNTIL I purchased my used 2008 Nissan Maxima. Once the purchase was complete they acted like total *SSHOLES! The sold me the car and refuse to fix it. They wanted to charge me an additional $1,300 (and this is before my 1st payment was even made) to fix something that was already in need of repair. Needless to say, I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. NOT EVEN FOR SERVICE WORK (and they were nice) read more

If you plan to lease or purchase a Nissan Leaf or a different Nissan car--work with Jarrod Marshall! He is specially trained in knowing EVERYTHING about the Leaf. My mother who is 77 years old had an excellent experience working with Jarrod at Curry Nissan in Chicopee, MA. This place is the worst!! They lie about everything! Their lease adds are a joke. They don't mention you need to BUY MILES on top of the price. Hidden fees and alot of bait and switch going on here!! read more

I had a great experience at Curry Nissan! I shopped around a few places in the area, and Curry gave me the best deal. The salesman who worked with me, Anthony Windoloski, was awesome. I would highly recommend Curry for anyone in the market! read more

We started doing business when they were still Bay State Nissan on Boston Rd over 20 years ago. After 10 plus vehicles and thousands of service dollars later....we will NO LONGER do business with this dealership, the people that work there or Nissan Corp. The saying "the customer is always right" is not the case at this place....if you have an issue...they will try to make it your fault. read more

One star is atleast 5 stars too many for this dealer. I bought a 2009 chevy malibu from Curry Nissan of which is part of this dealership. They took up alot of my time and would rather smoke cigaretts than hurry up and get me on my way. They promissed me new tires and said they had the factory floor mats, none of which I received. The floor mats cost me 100 plus tax. I'm also out of state and the said they would put it "through their shop for cleaning and servicing" and the deliver it. They may have driven it in the doors of their shop but never cleaned it or serviced it. as when I got it, it was still dirty inside and still had the same bird sh6t on it when I looked at it. As far as servicing it, when I got it it had 50% oil life left. I bought it on a Wednesday and was told that they would deliver it on Monday morning. Then told Tuesday morning, then Wednesday morning, and so on untill the following Monday. I lost over 30 hopurs of work because of their bs. Keep in mind it was already paid for and inssured for over a week that I didn't get to drive. Whe we got to DMV the dealer sent a photo copy of my sales receipt of which DMV needed an original which I had to give up mine. All I can say is I will never sent anyone their way ever. read more
