I told myself "just one more bite" at least seven times. It's garlicky, soft, and basically a carb trap I willingly fall into every visit. Now... the service. Let's just say if attentiveness were a spice, it was left in the kitchen. Our waitress vanished for extended periods like she was filming a documentary about the back of the restaurant. No check-in, no "how is everything," no interest in whether we were thrilled or quietly combusting. It felt less like dining and more like self-guided Indian cuisine. Food: still outstanding. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived but the person at the front desk completely ignored us for about 5 minutes slowly walking back and forth to the kitchen and then placing mango lassi in the fridge.
