First visit tonight. Food was tasteless and egg rolls tasted like they were fried in fish oil. Ordered kung pao chicken. The food was extremely bland. The hot and sour soup was neither hot or sour.. My dogs wouldn't even go close to it when we got home. Mexicans were cooking the Chinese food and the Chinese lady was making the cooks kids tacos . The dining area was used to store their dry goods. The place felt dirty and messy. Go figure! Will not go back. Guess we will have to go out of town to get good Chinese food. How this place has a 3 star rating is astonishing. read more

Food was very good. Chicken was crispy and sauce was flavorful. The cashier must have been new but there was a lady helping her. Restaurant is small and there's not much parking. This place has been around forever and has had its ups and downs in the past, but it has reemerged as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Everything is always made fresh to order and it's really really good. The Sesame Chicken is top notch. Great lunch prices too. The dining area is small and cozy, so takeout is usually the way to go. We've been getting take out here for years. The food is very good. I always get the chicken with broccoli which has a tasty brown sauce and my husband gets the kung pao shrimp. Try the cheese wontons- they are light and crisp and delicious. The only dish I would not recommend is the lo mein. It's in a dark sauce and often dry. I came in there yesterday for the first (and only time) for a pick up order. There was a child running the cash register. He couldn't have been older than 10. The lady in front of me needed soy sauce and this child's mother started immediately SCREAMING at him to get the sauce put in the boxes so he handed me my card back after swiping it and began doing that. His mother then came to the card reader STILL screaming at him saying he was "doing too much at the same time" because my transaction didn't finish. She was seriously SCREAMING. She told him "don't get pissed". This kid was literally trying his best for her FREE LABOR. I told him he was doing a great job. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been in a restaurant and I fully believe they need to be reported to someone. Please do not support a business that treats their children like this in PUBLIC--imagine how he is being treated in private. I am disgusted. I will never again support this business, and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. read more

Not good. Terrible service for Chinese food that is sub-par. Tried this place a second time just to see if I was being too harsh the first time or maybe a different dish would be an improvement. Nope. My go-to first meal at a new Chinese restaurant is Moo-goo Gai Pan and hot and sour soup. Eat this meal enough and you discover that these soups are packaged mixes and the restaurant can add their own flare to it however, 95% of hot and sour soups take practically identical but not these guys. They added what I can only describe as ground beef or pork to the soup. What??? It was not a good move to me. Disappointed twice so will probably avoid eating there. Oh yes, cash only. They have good food here but they don't accept debit cards so you must have cash. Customer service is not that great. Sometimes the woman cashier may yell at you if you're i decisive with your order. If you have cash and want a good valuable food, you may enjoy this. I would recommend China Wok before I recommend Panda. But others may have a differrent opinions. read more

Could not eat it and threw it out. Does this place of new owners? Not the older couple who use to run it. The woman who never had any expression on her face and rather unfriendly is not there. I hope they can get it together. My whole plate of lo mien was so old and sticky it all lifted up with my fork... the entire plate. no meat in it and I ordered extra. read more

I ate panda 2 times and both times I was up all night throwing up I might have got food poisoning. If you want Chinese food go to China wok.

I love this place! The family who owns it is always so nice, and they really seem to love what they do! This is the only place around I can find my fried won tons, so I make sure to get them each time we order. I don't think I've tried anything there I don't at least like somewhat. The beef and broccoli is my favorite by far though. As far as prices go, you get your moneys worth for sure, they only downside is they only take cash or check. I wish they would get a card reader. The restaurant itself isn't very large, but they do have tables incase you want to dine in. ....Gah, now I want Chinese food. read more
