Have been living in Springville for at least 9 years . I do like Chinese food but I am very particular with which one I eat at. Have been going to China Stix around the same amount of years I lived at my address and I love the food. The service is always great and the people are friendly. I remember I was waiting for my food and it took longer than expected. They were so apologetic, I was offered an extra egg roll for my wait, which they didn't really have to. The setting is dimmed and cozy. The area is a bit small which allows you to interact with others if you choose to. I usually get the Beef Mongolian meal because I love the green peppers, carrots, baby corn and onions with the yellow rice. I have no complaints because they always on point whenever I go there. I believe they deserve a five star. read more

We have been ordering takeout from China Stix since we moved to Springville in 2011. The food is always amazing. The staff are super friendly. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. We will continue to eat here as long as it is open. Highly recommend. I have not eaten from the buffet so I can't give an opinion on it. read more

Maybe this type of place isn't for me. Had a lot of promise, buffet style Chinese (didn't know before we went in) that actually had a lot of stuff that looked really good. Major downside - lots of stuff was not at temperature. I don't know all the requirements for that stuff, but items were flat out cold that were supposed to be hot. Long story made extremely short - I got sick! Hopefully you have a better experience if you roll the dice and try this place out. I don't think there's any way I could get myself to return to this location. read more

I love coming here! Great food and service!! We drive about 1 hour to eat here. Try the Black Pepper Chicken. It can't be beat.

If there was any lower than a one star rating for this restaurant, i would absolutely without a doubt give it to them. This was the most awkward disturbing and disgusting eating experience i and my friends have experience. There were floaters in my friend's sweet tea. We ordered the Garlic Chicken from the menu on an evening during the week and were very disappointed. The portions were wonderful, which is why I didn't say anything about the price difference. I understand the price is more for dinner and also, we didn't order off the buffet. The chicken had a strange texture to it! I've never had or come across this before. A friend of mine said he always gets beef. I don't know what the problem was, but it really was both unappetizing and uneaten! I had no problem with the service or the people. We ate from the Buffett. Terrible food. And the soup was like broth. I would not recommend.

We had take out for the first time from here. Sweet and sour chicken and Kung pau beef. The sweet and sour was just a chicken nugget type fried chicken no veggies and a sweet sauce. The Kung pau beef was a mixture of veggies and beef. The beef had been marinated too much and it's texture was so broken down it was mushy and the sauce was hotter than expected. The folks were very nice we might try it again but it didn't meet the quality we were hoping for. read more

i love the food. the servers are always nice. I know the owner personally so we always get a discount. the Broccoli chicken is very delicious. I love the Fried rice there also. it always makes me happy to get ice cream after eating Chinese food unlike sonic and McDonalds whos ice Cream machine never works. It's so cute. This is the best Chinese buffet in the area. The food is always good, hot and changed often. We go pretty much every week and have never had a bad meal. The restaurant consistently gets very high health scores - high 90's and even 100. The service is very,very good and price is very good. When you feel like Chinese buffet - this is the place to go. Been here numerous times and we have always happy with the food/service and cleanliness of the restaurant. The buffet seems small but the food is always fresh and there is always many different types of food to try and they are constantly refilling the items with fresh for they make small quantities to make sure everything is hot and good tasting.
