China Wok is the best Chinese restaurant in Leeds, because the food is consistently delicious. The hot & sour soup, shrimp fried rice, and the spring rolls are my favorite. Also, the young Owner (with his big smile) and his wife are nice people offering excellent and fast service to our community. Although the restaurant is small, it's plenty big enough for a quick bite during lunch, and most patrons seem to prefer to-go orders for their families at dinner time. Ohhh and the prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you're given. If you haven't already, give China Wok a try. read more

Best Chinese food I've had in Alabama. Their eggrolls and dumplings are a must. LoMein is amazing as well.

We loved our takeout tonight, while staying in a nearby hotel! Friendly worker greeted me, food was ready when I arrived. Son had shrimp w/ rice noodles, very tasty and light, veggies cooked perfectly. Daughter had sesame chicken, crispy and tasty. Love this place! They are so friendly and the food is wonderful. It's a great to-go place and they have a good online ordering system that gives you updates when food is ready. I haven't loved everything, but when they do an item well, it's phenomenal. I particularly love their cream cheese wonton, dumplings, chicken and broccoli, general tso's chicken, fried rice. This place is alright. Their orange chicken and general tso's chicken are both pretty good! The vegetable fried rice is fine...it's a little dry. The egg roll is fine. Very normal. Our biggest complaint is the hot & sour soup. It has a pretty decent flavor but had the consistency of egg drop soup..weird?? I love hot and sour soup, and I've never had hot & sour soup that was this thick. If you like egg drop soup & like hot & sour soup flavor...you might like it though! Service was kind & quick. Food was hot & seemed pretty fresh when we picked it up. This is a decent Chinese place. It's similar in price to other Chinese restaurants in the area. Just tried this spot a couple of days ago. I wish I'd tried it much sooner! The interior was small and didn't appear to be open for dine-in, but the pickup was hopping. There were six others picking up orders and another placing an order. It was clean and they have a plexiglass door that they pass the food through. We ordered online and got two of the dinner combo options. Beef with broccoli and white rice as well as General Tso's chicken with chicken fried rice. We also ordered hot and sour soup and then chicken nuggets for the picky eater. My order was ready upon arrival. It was hot and fresh and I tried a little of everything while it was still hot. Both of the entrees were great and the nuggets were good, but the hot and sour soup was exceptional. Really some of the best I've had. The price was on par with all the other Chinese restaurants in the area, but I think the quality was better. Will definitely go back! read more

So so so good! V authentic + the owner is so sweet. They make their own potsticker sauce and I appreciate all the flavor it brings! I grew up on Indian/Chinese/Cantonese food and this place seems to be the best in all of BHM. Huge portions so two plates could feed a group of 4. I appreciate how well things are priced too. The food and service are excellent. Never a long wait, and my order's always correct. I only have 2 small issues: 1. Portion size: I'm usually still hungry after I eat there, but I fixed that problem tonight by asking for extra meats. 2. The fried rice is kinda bland. I'm used to a fried rice dish having a smoky, soy-sauce taste, and their rice doesnt have that. It's good, but lacking. read more

Exceptionally clean, excellent customer service, and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I have never been disappointed with anything here. The Hot and Sour soup, Kung Pao chicken, and egg rolls are not to be missed! While those are my personal favorites, every item I have tried here has been incredible. Very highly recommend! read more

After living in New York I've been to some great Chinese restaurants. CHINA WOK is not great but it's really really good. They give you plenty although the eggrolls are a little skimpy. Mongolian beef and Mongolian chicken are probably my favorites. read more
