On my way home from work, I noticed this new Indian place and decided to check it out. We stopped in for their lunch buffet on a weekday a few days ago. We headed straight to the buffet. The buffet had a range of amazing vegetarian dishes, with many selections to taste, including desserts. Right from their soup, the rotis, the curries, the taste and quality of food was great and felt like home cooked dishes. Would definitely go back to this place soon. We went on Sunday afternoon and took the buffet. We were 7 people and they had round tablets that could accommodate us. They had a wide variety of vegetarian dishes and 4 desserts, plus dosa and naan that were brought to the table. I have eaten here several times both pre and post pandemic. I have never been disappointed. I rather like the 'lunch box deal' as it allows more portion control though you can continue to have as much of any of the offerings as you want. Today I want to rave about the bread pudding dessert. Normally I don't like bread pudding as it is usually soggy bread. Theirs was a pudding consistency with cashews and was one of the most wonderful sweets I have ever eaten. I ordered today off Uber Eats. I absolutely love chicken tikka masala and garlic naan! I've eaten it all over the US and I give Curry Bliss 5 stars. The sauce is delicious, the chicken is great quality and tender, and the garlic naan was fabulous!! Also excellent customer service when I called in to ask a question prior to placing my order. The food arrived on time & it was hot. I will definitely be ordering from here again. My only minor complaint is I asked for extra spicy & it only had a slight kick. If you enjoy it spicy, I recommend making a note in the comments for Indian Spicy to kick it up a notch. read more

In a city filled with numerous choices for Indian food, I never thought I'd find one that satisfies my craving for Indian food on a consistent basis! I'm Indian and I love this place! Their baby corn and gobi manchurian are so yummy (and spicy)! And it's a good size portion. The curries all have a distinct flavor which is where I find a lot of Indian restaurants go wrong. Their naan is so soft! I hope their chef never changes! We have only ever gotten take out from here but if the takeout is this good I bet eating there is even better! read more

The owner and rest of the restaurant staff takes service into great consideration to ensure that you have a wonderful time, even when you're just there to eat buffet. They brought fresh dosas, naans to the table and asked me and my friend several times if we needed anything. Only suggestion, you had 2 items which had mixed veggies. We went for the afternoon lunch buffet on a Saturday. (The weekend price @ 12.99). I heard the price is cheaper for weekdays. For the price, i would say some more was expected. However, there were several good dishes on the menu that overall i would give it 4 stars on 5 stars. Notable is their pumpkin curry. Dishes that need improvement are the sambhar which looks very similar to their rasam. (The rasam was good). And there was a dish called shahi paneer. It was not good when we had it. It was either few days old or the paneer and curry did not blend well and something was wrong with the curry. We ended up wasting everything we poured for shahi panned on our plates. The buffet also includes fresh naan and Dosa which was good with the chutney on the buffet stand. There was idly but they were not fresh so we did not try them out. There was also curd rice which was good (It was not sour and the taste was good. But it needed nuts and raisin). There was good vada on the menu which i liked. I am not rating this restaurant too negatively because overall, it was a hearty meal we had. Much better than the Madras Pavillion (where i had my graduation lunch. A horrible mistake). They have redone it very nice. Bit advice to the owner. Try to improve on the dishes mentioned in this review, maybe Americans cannot find the difference between hot idly and cold idly. But indians in the dallas area as far as i know are not forgiving. Overall kudos for changing madras pavillion, that one had to go. (I used to notice a ton of cockroaches back then, i noticed only one near the billing counter on my visit !!! Not sure how you'd get rid of german cockroaches but you have done a good job) read more

This place is wonderful for vegetarians! Everything is delicious and obviously prepared with love. I have eaten at a few other Indian restaurants in Dallas and enjoyed them, but this is by far my favorite. The ambience is nice and peaceful. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so glad that I found this place. It is quite a derive from our house but totally worth it. I really like Indian food but have had a difficult time ordering vegan options in most restaurants. Now that I also must eat gluten free, it has been even more difficult. But not here. The vegan and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. I ordered several items and they were all tasty. Good selections on the lunch buffet, flavorful food that's not too hot but rather perfect. Dosa is included with the lunch buffet.
